Work With Me
There are two ways you can work with me.
If you go to OperatingSystems.com you'll see more about our offer and how it works. We help businesses who have outgrown their systems by building them custom operating systems designed to simplify their operations.
If you want all of the details on how we help businesses scale more effectively, go here.
On this page, we’re talking about my 1on1 coaching program, The Brilliance Breakthrough.
The whole point of this program is that it's designed to help you unlock a level of brilliance to execute on the projects you know will move your life and business forward. You already have this brilliance inside of you, but it's currently being suppressed by:
These external and internal factors create what I call, a brilliance block. We’ve all had this block. Myself included. The easiest way to get around this block you’re experiencing is not through brute force. It’s by collaborating with someone to provide you with outside guidance and perspective designed to help you see what you cannot see.
I am very selective on who I work with in a 1on1 capacity, not because I am some sort of celebrity, but because life is too short to spend it talking to people you don’t like.
Here’s who I work best with:
You are a young business owner. You are successful and everyone says you’re doing well, and even though you’re grateful for all of your success, you want to do better.
You are in a season of your life right now where you are trying to expand and you are trying to break past your current ceiling.
You know that this new level of growth is on the other side of big projects being accomplished.
Maybe you're trying to create a new marketing campaign to launch a new product.
Maybe you're working on a book that you really want to promote and focus on.
Maybe you're wanting to write more blogs or create more long-form content.
Maybe you're trying to scale your business by rolling out new offers and products.
Maybe you're trying to figure out how to position the next phase of your personal brand.
Maybe you’re wanting to start writing better copy for your business.
You know what it is that you’re trying to create and you’re trying to get to the other side of the fence where the project is completed and you can move on to the next project.
If you do not relate with anything I have said so far, I can confidently say my one-on-one coaching is not for you. However, if this sounds like an accurate read, keep reading.
You likely feel somewhat stuck right now, because you're in your head.
I am sorry to say this, but the reason you’re stuck is because you are deciding to be stuck.
I know this is the reality because more than likely, you have 101 different people who you listen to online, and they are all influencing how you think.
This perma-noise in your mind is causing you to overthink, which is almost like the snake eating its own tail, because the overthinking causes you to listen to more people to try and find the clarity you want.
You want to be able to grow your business and achieve the projects you want with supreme clarity and confidence. You want to focus on executing the things you want to get done. You want to “lock in and bang this thing out”.
Yet, you keep pushing it to next month. You research it more. You rebuild the plan, then rebuild it again. You endlessly chat with Claude. You get an opinion, then go get a second opinion, and another one after that. You decide you'll start once this quarter closes, once the new hire is trained, once things calm down.
Things never calm down. So you keep procrastinating your plans.
Let me ask you this…how would you define brilliance?
Most people would say brilliance is intelligence. A high IQ. Natural talent. It’s something you're either born with or you're not. I don't think that's it at all, and I’d like to offer you a better perspective.
Imagine two scientists. Both went to the same school. Both have the same credentials. Both are working on solving the same problem. The first one spends two years validating it. He wants more data. He runs it past his colleagues. He wants the paper to be airtight before anyone sees it, because he knows what happens to people who publish too early.
The second one runs the experiment that month. It's messier. He gets some of it wrong and has to correct it later. He publishes his paper right away. His paper gets him recognized in multiple journals and even gets him nominated for a Nobel Prize.
History calls the second one brilliant. Not because he was smarter. They were equally smart. It’s because he executed, while the other one delayed.
Brilliance is doing instantly what other people do eventually.
If you want to be brilliant, you need to release the parking brake in your mind and start operating from that “inner knowing” we all have. That gut instinct, the place where you do not care what people think about the work, you’re just creating and operating from a place of pure creativity. If the project works well, awesome, if it doesn’t, onto the next.
If that’s what you want, I’m going to guess you also want to achieve this in a certain way.
You do not want to be in a group coaching program.
You do not want to go through course material.
You do not want to be told to go through unit seven, module two to solve your problem.
You want to talk to someone who can help you diagnose the problem and will tell you exactly what to do.
You’re confident that if someone just tells you what to do, you can execute because you love accountability in the right setting.
You are not an idiot and you do not want to be treated like an idiot.
You want to work with someone who you respect, who respects you, and who does not play status games with you.
You are looking for someone who can be your "inside man." The person you can open up with, and share all the realities of what's going on inside of your business that you otherwise can't share with employees, your friends, or your family.
You want to work with someone who won't judge you, who you can open up with about what you're struggling with. No matter how messy it is.
Over the past seven to eight years, I have coached dozens of entrepreneurs on breaking past their internal barriers. If you’d like to see some video testimonials from a handful of them that I’ve worked with, click here.
I am not promising that you're going to see some sort of super specific result, like an increase in revenue, a percentage of profit being increased, or a lower cost per acquisition with Facebook ads. These are all unintended happy side effects of what we're working on together.
My one-on-one coaching is a collaboration between the two of us to help you get out of the block or rut you are in right now, and get you operating and creating from a consistent place of brilliance. Where you don't doubt yourself. You don't delay yourself. You don't procrastinate.
Instead, you operate from a place of brilliance, you do instantly what other people do eventually.
My guess is you are likely a busy entrepreneur. You have a lot going on in your personal life and your business. Me too. That's why when I work with someone, we do one call every two weeks. That way we can really get the best intended effect from it.
We do not do text messages and emails for coaching. It’s fine if you want to have a place you can send your questions or thoughts to, however, we will address them on a call together. Not over text.
What I've found is that constant communication lowers the overall effectiveness of the calls. We are working together to be more effective, not less.
We do one call every other week, and on that call we schedule the next call based on what our availability is in the upcoming weeks. If you need to reschedule, you just shoot me a text. Super straightforward.
On our calls, we're going to discuss whatever it is that we need to discuss in order to to get you to break through to the other side of your brilliance block, and get to the point where you're having a brilliance breakthrough.
More often than not, business owners start working with me and think we're going to solve one specific problem, and we then end up solving 10 different problems they weren't even thinking about, which were actually the root cause of that one problem. This is because oftentimes we can't see the label from inside the jar.
So let’s wrap this up. If this sounds like something you want to do, I'd like to invite you to a complimentary 30-minute breakthrough call.
We're going to focus on your problem and then we’ll talk about how I would help you solve this problem.
From there, I'm going to make you an invitation as to whether or not you want to work with me one-on-one in a coaching capacity.
You are under no obligation to buy from me. If you want to continue to deal with the problem yourself and take the advice that I have and execute on it yourself, by all means, go ahead.
If you don’t like the solution I offered, again, you don’t have to work with me. If you would like to hire me, we will get started on that call and we will schedule your first appointment.
I keep things super simple, intentionally, because complexity is the enemy of execution. This is designed to be simple for a reason.
