4C - Letter To Contributors
Letter To Contributors
Dear 4Creators Contributors,
I hope this letter finds you well, I’ve got some cool stuff to share with you.
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for your patience over the past few weeks. As you already know, I've been on the road, traveling extensively to shoot content with our amazing creators and I also took some much-needed time off in Colombia.
It's been an incredible journey, but I'm thrilled to announce that I'm back and ready to dive into this project full-time.
In this Letter To Contributors, I’d like to share with you the progress we've made and the plans we have for the future by outlining the three key phases of our project:
1. Platform Build Out
2. Initial Launches
3. Front End Growth
Each phase is crucial to our success and represents a significant milestone in our journey to create the ultimate platform for creators. I know there's a lot to digest here, but I want to assure you that we have a clear vision and a solid plan to bring it to life.
I'll be breaking down each phase in detail, so you have a comprehensive understanding of what we're doing, why we're doing it, and how it benefits you as a contributor.
Before I dive in, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work you've all put in. The content we've created is nothing short of remarkable, and I'm honored to be partnering with such a talented group of individuals. You’re what’s going to make this platform so special, and I can't thank you enough for being a part of this journey. So, without further ado, let's dive into the details of our three-phase plan…
Phase I - The Platform Build Out
Currently, our main focus is developing and building out our own platform that we are going to host everything on. We could easily use a templated platform like Skool or Kajabi but that’s not what we’re looking for. I’m going to share some screenshots with you so you can see why this is such a crucial part of building out 4Creators.
(Please keep in mind we are only now finalizing the design and are moving onto development, so copy + images will be swapped out.)
The main reason we want to control the platform is because it gives us a lot of freedom to do things we otherwise could not with platforms like Kajabi or Skool.
For example, this is what people’s home page will look like when they purchase and get access to a Creator Class. The yellow arrow points to the section where we will be cross selling other programs, so if they bought my Creator Class they will be able to see your Creator Class down below…

And if they click on that product that they don’t have access to, they’ll then be taken to a sales page inside the platform that upsells them on that program like the one down below which they can buy with the credit card they’ve loaded into the platform…

We also will have a section where they can view all of the creators that are published on our platform, which gives us the ability to cross pollinate the audiences if they want to learn more about you. You can see an example of what the discovery page plus your solo page will look like down below…

I don’t want to show every single page to you as it would make this letter too long, I more so want to show you the reasoning behind why we’re pouring so much time into the platform. We really want the UI/UX to be world class and unfortunately the standard options on the market don’t cut it, so we’re making our own.
Pricey to develop? Yes.
Worth it? Absolutely.
Our conservative estimate is that the platform itself will be built out and live within 30-45 days, if there’s a lot of bugs we may need to do 60 days but we’re taking preventative measures to help move everything along.
Now that you can see the end goal of what we’re building, let’s talk about everything that’s to come…
Phase II - Initial Launches
A) Your Creator Class
I'm excited to share that your creator class has officially been pushed to production. Our team has been working diligently to edit and package your content into a comprehensive, engaging course that will deliver tremendous value to our audience.
Within the next 2-6 weeks (depending on where you are in the queue), you'll be receiving the final version of your course for review. This will be your opportunity to go through the content with a fine-tooth comb and provide any final notes or feedback before we move forward with the launch.
Please take the time to review all the modules, videos, worksheets, and resources to ensure that everything is accurate, clear, and aligned with your vision for the course. If there are any changes or adjustments you'd like to make, simply document your notes and send them back to our team. We'll handle the revisions and send you an updated version for approval.
Our goal is to make sure that you're completely satisfied with the final product and that it represents your expertise and teaching style in the best possible light. Once we've incorporated your final feedback and received your approval, we'll be moving full steam ahead with the launch process.
This will include finalizing the sales page, writing the email and social media copy, setting up the checkout and delivery process, and all the other moving pieces that go into a successful launch.
B) Launch Schedule
Here’s the schedule we’re following in order to roll out all 6 Creator Classes for this project:
* (June 3rd - June 26th) - 4Creators Build Up
* (June 26th - June 29th) - Clients 4Creators Promo
* (July 1st - July 21st) - Ron Lynch Build Up
* (July 22nd - July 25th) - Marketing 4Creators Promo
* (July 26th - August 16th) - Jesse Elder Build Up
* (August 17th - August 20th) - Purpose 4Creators Promo
* (August 21st - September 11th) - Daniel Fazio Build Up
* (September 12th - September 15th) - Offers 4Creators Promo
* (September 16th - October 7th) - Cody Jefferson Build Up
* (October 8th - October 11th) - Identity 4Creators Promo
* (October 12th - November 2nd) - Dakota Robertson Build Up
* (November 3rd - November 6th) - Branding 4Creators Promo
We have two phases for each creator…
1. Build Up
2. Promo
The Build Up phase is where we focus on creating awareness and generating interest in your upcoming course. The reason we wanted to do it one by one was to familiarize our audience with you along with familiarizing your audience with us. This will help us generate excitement for your upcoming course launch.
At the start of your build up you will be introduced as a contributor to the 4Creators platform, and we will start publishing the organic free content we have produced for you.
We are going to take your course and repurpose the best sections to produce organic content we can distribute in the form of…
1. Blogs/Newsletters
2. Long Form Content
3. Short Form Content
4. Lead Magnets
All of the content we produce is going to be based on the transcripts of the course material we recorded with you. Obviously we will send it over to you for approval. I’ll dive into more details on all of the social media content in the next section.
Once the Build Up phase is complete, we move into the Promo phase. This is when we actually open up enrollment for the course. Our content for that phase will be focused on sending all of our audience to your product page to buy with a limited time offer that expires after 4 days.
After the Promo phase ends, we'll close whatever promotion we come up with for your product and then we’ll start the Build Up phase for the next creator on the schedule.
Once your build up and promo is complete, your product will be available for sale on our website and then also inside the platform. So you should expect the majority of your sales for Phase II to come during your promo, then for sales to come in occasionally as we push through the rest of the creators, and then for the sales to increase again as we move into Phase III which I will explain in a few moments.
You are more than welcome to keep promoting your product throughout that time and we encourage you to do so. Even just a weekly call to action on your newsletter, social media, story, or wherever will help continue to bring in your sales.
By alternating between Build Up and Promo phases, we can maintain a consistent flow of new content and product launches to keep our audience engaged and continually grow our customer base. The 3-week Build Up gives us time to create anticipation, and the 4-day Promo is a short window to drive urgency without over-saturating our audience with pitches.
Once we get through this initial launch schedule, that is where Phase III will begin. We can’t say for certain what our content/promotion strategy will look like then, at the end of our last launch we'll reassess our strategy and look at what's working well and where we can improve, and will send you an update similar to this to make sure you’re in the loop.
Now I’d like to go into the individual parts of this launch to flesh it out a bit more so you can understand what we’re doing…
C) The Newsletter/Blog
Over the course of 5 years, I’ve produced a minimum of $5,000,000 for my clients using newsletters with a very simple strategy. We provide value and then do a soft pitch. We only do hard pitches leading up to launches.
What we’d like to do is take the material we recorded with you, transcribe it, and use bits and pieces of that to ghostwrite publications for you which will serve as the newsletter/blog. This will position you as a contributor to 4Creators very similar to how it’s done with Forbes.
The newsletter will be like a substack where you recieve the email and it has a good chunk of writing but then the subscriber has to click it to read more and then they're taken to the blog on the website.
This kills two birds with one stone because it will allow us to bring them back to all of our products, and also we're able to create written content that people can read and go through just from landing on our website. On top of that, our goal is going to be SEO optimizing this so it can get some organic search traffic, and also it gives us a link we can hand you that you can promote on social media as well (See Social Media Content Section)
I personally think this approach of having valuable material inside the newsletter is the best way to grow it - treating it like an actual newsletter publication, rather than just harassing them with promo emails and low quality stuff.
D) Social Media Content
This month, we are going to be launching a 4Creators Youtube, Instagram page, Facebook page, and Twitter account that is separate from my Nicholas Verge account.
We are taking your course and selecting a highlight reel of the best sections and then will be repurposing it into…
1. Long form videos for Youtube + X
2. Short form videos for all platforms
The long form videos will look like this:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N9Vp8ciqQmUEkRAVidfGpDRMnTCwss5u/view?usp=drive_link
The short form videos will look like this:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zFh6wOcZ1DFHLcoGjF5FQIpx5Gp4UZLZ/view?usp=drive_link
For the social media content, we are going to be cross promoting on the following platforms: Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.
Based on the platforms you have the largest presence on, that’s where you can expect to see the most reach/engagement coming through. For some of our creators, it’s Twitter, for others it’s Facebook or Instagram. Just for simplicity sake we will be posting your stuff on all platforms and tagging you in it if you are present on that platform.
Each platform is unique so on some we will just tag you, however in the case of a platform like Instagram we can do a co-post where it posts to your feed as well as ours.
Since we are producing all of this completely out of our pocket, all we ask is that when we post that material you help us promote it by either sharing it to your feed, your story, or however you feel is best. This will help improve your sales more and also the platform's growth as well.
Obviously all content will be sent to you well before the launch schedule so you can approve it before hand. We ask that you not post this content to your feed until after we share it on ours.
E) Pricing
We want the price of your products to be just high enough that people take the class seriously but we also want to make it accessible to our audience which consists primarily of beginners.
However, the perceived values for each creator class can vary based on the specific outcomes promised from taking the class. For example something that is more utility based and promises a very specific, measurable result (like "How to create your brand strategy”) definitely has a higher price elasticity than a class with a more general focus (like "Mindset strategies for coaches").
I decided to break our pricing up into two different categories…
* General - $400
* Tactical - $800
Here is the assigned pricing for each Creator Class…
* Sales 4Creators - General ($400)
* Marketing 4Creators - Tactical ($800)
* Purpose 4Creators - General ($400)
* Offers 4Creators - Tactical ($800)
* Identity 4Creators - General ($400)
* Branding 4Creators - Tactical ($800)
For the promo cycle of your product we will discount your product by $100 but that will only be for the 4 days that we are promoting it, after that it will be at the above pricing and we will not be discounting it further unless you’d like for us to do so.
F) Free Trials
What we're going to be offering to everyone as a way of being able to get on the platform is a free trial offer where they will get access to 3 of the modules inside your program for free.
Then they are prompted to buy more once they've watched about 75% of their free content. That's another thing that we're really excited about being able to control, which is wildly difficult using Kajabi or Skool.
This will definitely help us increase sales as the prospect will be able to inspect the product before they even buy.
Phase III - Front End Growth
Everything outlined above is going to serve as the initial surge of sales and to start building more awareness from the market of what we're doing here. Upon completing all 6 launches, our back end will be complete.
From there, we are going to be focusing on our front end marketing. The best front end offers for cold traffic are always going to be utilitarian-based tools, so that’s exactly what we’re going to be developing to attract our ideal customer.
Essentially, 4Creators is going to be a SaaS/Info business model.
We want to build web apps that the consumer can use which costs something like $27 on the front end. But the only way they can use the tool, is by logging into the platform and then BOOM, we can now cross promote all the different classes and continue to provide them value through the newsletter/blogs.
The goal of these front-end tools is to provide a low-cost entry point for new customers to get into our ecosystem. By offering immediate value at a very accessible price, we can attract a wider audience and then gradually introduce them to our higher-ticket offerings.
Some examples of the types of tools we will develop:
1. Content Plan Generator: An AI-powered tool that helps creators brainstorm blog post, video, or social media content ideas based on their niche and target keywords.
2. Social Media Calendar: A drag-and-drop calendar that helps creators plan and schedule their social media posts across multiple platforms, with built-in reminders and analytics.
3. Creative Brief Builder: A step-by-step tool that simplifies the process of creating comprehensive creative briefs for any project.
These are just a few ideas, but the possibilities are endless. The key is to create tools that solve real problems for our target audience and provide clear, measurable value. We want our customers to feel like they're getting an incredible deal for the price, and that the tool is an essential part of their business.
By requiring a login to the platform to use these tools, we create a direct line of communication with our customers. Every time they log in to use the tool, they'll be exposed to our other offerings. Over time, as customers see the value we provide and develop trust in our brand, they'll be more likely to invest in our higher-priced offerings.
The courses will feel like a natural next step for those who want to go deeper and get even better results.
To drive traffic to these front-end tools, we’ll primarily be focused on Facebook ads and pouring the majority of our profits into that in order to create a larger pool of potential buyers for the Creator Classes which will all be available since we will have already launched them.
Imagine a flywheel effect where the more customers we bring in through our front-end tools, the more customers we have for our higher priced offers. It's a virtuous cycle of growth and value creation.
Of course, building and launching these tools will require a significant investment of time and resources. We'll need to work closely with our development team to scope out the features, design the user experience, and ensure seamless integration with our platform. But the potential payoff is huge.
By combining the power of SaaS tools with the depth and transformation of our info products, we can create a truly unique and compelling offer in the market. We'll be able to serve our customers at every stage of their journey, from beginner to expert, and become an indispensable partner in their success.
In Conclusion
