HEADLINE: We’ll Place A hybri, Fix Your Sales Process, Place Closers And Setters For Your Team, And Guarantee They Produce 7 Figures In Revenue Within A Year Or We Will Refund You In Full.
In the next three minutes I'm going to show you how we’ll build your sales systems, fix your sales process, place closers and setters for your team, and guarantee they produce 7 figures in revenue within a year or we will refund you in full.
This is a done for you offer with some done with you components to it…
And yes, there are stipulations for this guarantee, we’re not running a charity here.
This is primarily for online service based businesses, so coaches, consultants, agencies, done for you online service providers, anyone who sells or wants to sell high ticket products over a sales call.
But before I show you how we can do this for you, I’d like to tell you a story.
So for the past few years we’ve ran a sales agency here called Hardly Selling, we’ve worked with a lot of 7 and 8 figure businesses, we’ve personally taken 15 separate sales teams to $1,000,000 per month and we’ve directly produced over $200,000,000 for those sales teams and have trained over 1,000 reps.
Across all of these businesses, there is one story we see over and over and over again…
So picture this, you’ve got a guy, let’s say his name is Steve, he’s hired what he thought was an A-player closer - someone with a track record, came from a recruiting program, has great references, the whole nine yards.
But after two months, this "superstar" was barely hitting a 15% close rate…
Steve tries training him, but nothing works, this guy couldn’t close a door.
He’s ready to fire this closer but he doesn’t want to start the hiring process all over again.
Now, when I meet Steve I ask him one question: "What if the problem isn't your closer, what if it's your systems and your process?"
So we spend a week optimizing everything - fixing bottlenecks he didn't even know existed - and that same "failing" closer jumps to 40% close rates almost overnight.
I’ve seen that exact same story more times than I can count.
Guys, you can hire Jordan Belfort himself, but if you give him broken systems and an unoptimized sales process, he's going to fail.
There are only three things that determine whether your sales team succeeds or fails: how many calls get booked, how many prospects show up to those calls, and how many of those calls turn into closed deals.
Most business owners focus 90% of their energy on trying to get the perfect people in place, training them to be killers, finding new people, while completely ignoring their sales process bottlenecks and the issues with their systems…
It does not matter what you sell, you need THREE things working together - the right people, the right process, and the right systems.
Most companies try to solve only one problem, and that's exactly why they fail.
But when you get all 3 right? That's when the magic happens.
That's why this offer is different, we don't just place proven setters and closers in your business, we build out all your systems for you and help you optimize your entire sales process first. THAT way, by placing the right people into that optimized system, you can scale.
Because here's what we've seen from our own experience: A decent rep with great systems and a great process will outperform an amazing rep working with broken systems and a broken sales process…every single time.
So here’s our offer: we’ll build your sales systems, fix your sales process, place closers and setters for your team, and guarantee they produce 7 figures in revenue within a year or we will refund you in full.
Again, we obviously have terms and conditions to qualify for that guarantee, and we talk you through all of that before you ever make a decision to work with us.
If you're looking for a quick fix or you're not willing to invest in proper systems, we're probably not a good fit.
But if you're ready to build a sales team that actually works, click the button below to book a strategy call with us.
We'll take a look at your current situation, show you exactly where your biggest bottlenecks are, and if it makes sense for both of us, we'll talk about how we can help you fix them.
Whether or not you decide to work with us afterwards is completely up to you. But I guarantee it'll be one of the most valuable sales conversations you've ever had.
Click the button below and let's talk.
Confirmation VSL Script
Hey congratulations on taking that first step. I know booking a call like this isn't always easy - there's probably a voice in your head right now asking 'Did I just make the right decision?'
Well, I'm here to help you answer that question. And I'm going to do it in a way that might surprise you.
See, most people in my position would spend this video hyping you up, telling you how amazing everything's going to be, and basically trying to keep you in the dark until we get on the phone.
I'm going to do the exact opposite.
Over the next few minutes, I'm going to help you do your due diligence on me and my company. Because here's the thing - you're going to research me anyway. You're probably going to Google my name, maybe check out some articles, look for complaints or reviews. That's smart and that's what I'd do too.
Look, I know you've probably been burned before. Maybe you've hired sales people who didn't work out. Maybe you've invested in programs or “masterminds” that promised the world and delivered nothing. Maybe you're sitting there right now thinking 'This sounds too good to be true.'
And honestly? Some of those concerns are valid. This industry is full of people who overpromise and underdeliver. I've seen it firsthand, and it’s bullshit.
But here's what I want you to understand about how we operate: We don't just throw people at your problems and hope they stick. We don't just find you a setter and a closer and wish you luck.
What we do is completely rebuild your sales infrastructure first. We create the systems, the processes, the playbooks - everything that actually determines whether your sales team succeeds or fails. And only then do we place the right people into that optimized system.
Because of this, we’re not as fast as some of those placement offers online who can get you someone onboarded in a week or so…
Good things take time and that’s why I’ve got to tell you, this isn't for everyone. Some people who work with us don't see the results they're looking for.
Usually it's one of three reasons why:
Number one, they're not willing to follow our proven process, and they want to do things their way. We’ve ran 15 teams to $1,000,000 per month, we know what we’re doing, we’ve made every mistake in the book, and now everything that does and does not work. What we’re going to tell you to do isn’t theory, it’s proven and devoid of all the BS.
Second reason why someone doesn’t see results is that they don't have the budget or timeline to properly implement everything we recommend. If your business is in crisis mode and you’re looking for a quick fix or revenue injection, this isn’t for you.
And the last reason people don’t see results its that they're looking for a magic bullet instead of a real solution. Look, business owner to business owner, you know that there are no shortcuts…there’s just smarter more streamlined paths to success and that’s what we want to offer you.
If you're the type of person who's willing to invest in doing things right, who understands that real results take real systems, and who's ready to build something that actually scales - then I know you're going to love what we do.
So here's what I want you to do. Below this video, you're going to see a series of shorter videos that answer the most common questions people have before working with us. Things like 'What does this cost?' and 'What if it doesn't work for me?' and 'How are you different from everyone else?'
I encourage you to watch every single one. Do your research. Google us.
My goal is for you to come to our call completely informed. No surprises, no hidden agendas, no high-pressure tactics. Just an honest conversation about whether this makes sense for your business.
Because here's the truth - if we're not the right fit for each other, I want to know that before we get on the phone, not after. It saves us both time and energy.
But if we are the right fit? Well, we’re going to help you scale to the moon.
Take a look at the videos below, and I'll see you on our call.
Talk soon.
Q&A Video 1 - “How much does this cost?”
Alright, let's talk about the elephant in the room. How much does this cost?
The answer depends on what level of involvement you want from us and we have options that can suit you wherever you’re at.
Essentially you’re asking a custom home builder “hey how much does a home cost?” Well, they can’t answer that until they put together a blueprint first, and that’s the point of our call.
How many closers do you need? How many setters do you need? Do you have systems? Do you need us to build your CRM? Do you need us to set up your automations? Do you need us to redo your script? Do you even have a script? …See what I mean?
We price this depending on what level of fulfillment we need to give you on our end, we range anywhere from $2,000 to around $12,000 depending on the level of fulfillment and we even have options where we take a cut of revenue if we’re managing everything for you.
Wherever you’re at, we have something that can serve you. We have payment plans. We offer financing. So if you’re serious about fixing your sales bottleneck for good, we can make this work for you.
But I want to break down exactly what you're getting if you join our standard program, because I think once you see it, you'll understand why we charge what we charge, and more importantly, why it's actually a bargain.
So first, let's talk about what most people think they're buying. Most programs offer you a setter or a closer, a course, a couple coaching calls per week, and that’s it.
But that's not what we do. What we do is build you an entire sales infrastructure from the ground up.
The first thing we create for you is a completely custom sales playbook. This isn't some generic template we slap your logo on. This is a comprehensive guide that covers every aspect of your sales process, from the first touchpoint with a prospect to the final close and onboarding.
This is everything your closer is going to need, it’s their arsenal of weapons for everything they’re going to use on a daily basis. It’s your script, it’s objection handling, it’s onboarding links for clients, payment links for different payment plans, social links for your organic, podcast links, how to onboard a client, what to do in certain scenarios, links to all your tech, how to use your tech.
This is custom to what you actually have, not what we think you have. And if you don’t have any of this we put it together with you.
If you were to hire a sales consultant to create this for you, you'd be looking at $5,000 minimum. And that's assuming they actually know what they're doing, which most don't.
Next, we completely overhaul your CRM system. Most businesses are using their CRM like a glorified contact list, but we help you turn it into a sales machine.
We set up automated workflows, create custom fields for tracking the metrics that actually matter, build out your pipeline stages, and integrate it with all your other tools. If you don't have a CRM, we'll set you up with one and white-label it for your business.
This alone would cost you another $5,000 if you hired a CRM specialist to do it right.
Then we help you create a complete onboarding course for your new team members. This is a comprehensive training program that covers your industry, your ideal customers, your sales process, how you handle objections, and the formalities and tech behind your company
The way we set it up is so that onboarding new sales talent in the future takes less than an hour rather than an entire week.
Now, we can’t do this one for you, we can only help you with it because this is heavily dependent on your company and only you know some of the stuff you’ll be putting together. So let’s not even put a price tag on it, just know this is going to save you a lot of frustration because your onboarding process for reps will be much more streamlined.
We’ll make it so simple that all you need to do is record a dozen or so loom videos and you’ll be good to go.
After that, we’re going to make you a professional pitch deck that your closers will use on every sales call. This isn't just pretty slides. This is a psychologically designed presentation that guides prospects through our proven sales framework.
Every slide is strategically placed to address specific objections, build value, and move the prospect toward a buying decision. A consultant handling this for you would charge $2,500 for something like this because it’s going to close you way more deals than not using it.
Only after all of that is built and everything is optimized do we actually place your setter and closer. And these aren't just random people we found on Indeed. These are proven performers who have been through our rigorous screening process.
We test their skills, verify their track record, and make sure they're a cultural fit for your business. The recruitment and placement process alone typically costs businesses $4,000 per hire when they hire a recruiter
Once we find the right person and you onboard them with tech, they’re working with us for the first two weeks in your company. We work with them in a sales bootcamp format, we review their calls, we review how they’re sticking to the process, and make sure they’re doing everything properly before you fully on-ramp them.
The price of that alone, 2 weeks of training, I would personally charge you $3000 for that.
So let's add this up:
* Custom Sales Playbook: $5,000
* CRM Optimization: $5,000
* Professional Pitch Deck: $2,500
* Team Recruitment & Placement: $4,000
* Bootcamp onboarding: $3,000
That’s $19,500 and I can tell you that we do not charge you that amount, we’re way under that for our full program, but it depends on whether you need a setter, a setter and a closer, or two closers two setters…see what I mean?
But here's the thing - the real value isn't in the individual components. It's in how they all work together as a complete system AND that we train you on this system.
You can’t be reliant on us forever, everything we do and build is set up for your company. We work with you 1on1 to get setup so you see how everything works. You also have a 1on1 coach throughout the entire process to help make answer any questions and solve any problems pop up.
And this isn’t someone who just got into sales a few years ago, this is someone inside our company who has managed multiple teams, works with us on the teams we manage, and they love what we do so they just want to be a part of the process of building teams alongside us.
Most businesses try to piece this together themselves. They hire a consultant for the playbook, a different person for the CRM, another person for training, and then they try to find team members on their own.
The problem is, none of these pieces talk to each other. You end up with a Frankenstein system that doesn't work properly.
What we give you is a complete, integrated system where every piece is designed to work with every other piece. That's what actually gets you results.
Most businesses spend $20,000 to $50,000 and 12-18 months trying to build what we give you in 90 days for a fraction of that cost.
Look, I'm not going to lie to you. We’re not cheap. But you don’t want us to be cheap because when you consider what you're getting, and more importantly, what it's going to do for your business, it's actually the best investment you'll ever make.
If you're not ready to invest in building your business the right way, I totally understand. But if you are, then this is how you do it.
Q&A Video 2: "How Are You Different from Everyone Else?"
I get this question a lot, and I understand why. The sales training and team-building space is crowded with people making big promises. So what makes us different?
Let me show you the difference between how most companies approach this problem and how we do it.
Most companies in this space follow what I call the 'throw people at the problem' approach.
Here's how it typically works:
They'll find you a setter and a closer - usually pretty quickly, within a week or two. They'll give you some basic scripts, maybe a short training video, and then they'll say 'Good luck!'
When it doesn't work - and it usually doesn't - they'll tell you it's because you onboarded them the wrong way or because you need better marketing. So you fire those people, they find you new people, and the cycle repeats.
I've talked to business owners who have been through this cycle 3, 4, even 5 times with different companies. They've spent $50,000 or more and have nothing to show for it except frustration.
The reason this approach fails is because it's based on a fundamental misunderstanding of what makes sales teams successful.
Most people think it's all about finding the right people. And yes, having good people is important. But what they don’t understand is that even the best salespeople in the world will fail if you put them in a broken system.
I've seen A-level closers with proven track records come into businesses and completely bomb. Not because they suddenly forgot how to sell, but because the system they were working in was set up for failure.
We do things completely differently. We start with the systems and your process, not the people.
Before we place a single person on your team, we spend 2-4 weeks[a] building out your entire sales infrastructure. We create your playbook, optimize your CRM, build your onboarding process, design your pitch deck, and setting up all your workflows.
Only after all of that is built and tested do we start looking for people to plug into it, and then when we onboard someone the first 2 weeks we are training them so you don’t have to.
Here's what happens when you do it our way:
When your new team members start, they're not walking into chaos. They're walking into a well-oiled machine with clear processes, proven scripts, and everything they need to succeed.
They don't have to figure out what to say or how to handle objections. It's all laid out for them in the playbook.
They don't have to guess what the next step is in the process. The CRM guides them through it automatically.
They don't have to learn your business through trial and error. The onboarding course teaches them everything they need to know.
Now, I'll be honest. Our approach isn’t an overnight fix. Building systems takes time and expertise.
But here's the thing: The traditional approach might seem faster, but it's actually much more expensive in the long run.
When you factor in the cost of failed hires, lost revenue from poor performance, and the time you spend constantly managing and fixing problems, the “fast” approach ends up costing you way more.
Here's another big difference: We guarantee our results.
We guarantee that what we build you will produce 7 figures in revenue within a year. We can offer this because we know our systems work. And that guarantee is assuming you do EVERYTHING we tell you to do and actually have proper lead gen in place, I talk in the seperate video that’s on this page.
Look, I'm not going to tell you that everyone else is terrible and we're perfect. There are some good companies out there doing good work.
But if you want to know what makes us different, it's this: We believe that systems and process beat talent every time. We build the systems and the process first, then we find the talent to execute them.
That's why our clients get better results, faster, and with less drama than they get anywhere else.
If that sounds like the approach you want to take, then we should talk. If you'd rather just hire some people and hope for the best, there are plenty of other companies that will be happy to help you with that.

Q&A Video 3: "What's the Real Timeline and What's Required of Me?"
Let me walk you through exactly what the next 4 months look like if we decide to work together. I want you to know exactly what you're signing up for, including what's required of you.
Because here's the thing - this isn't a passive investment where you just enter your credit card and wait for results. You're going to need to be involved, and I want to be upfront about that.
Phase 1: Discovery and Planning (Weeks 1-2)[b]
The first thing we do is a deep dive into your business. We'll going to go through your current sales process, your ideal customer profile, your pricing, your competition, and your goals.
This isn't just a casual conversation. We're going to ask you hard questions about your business, and you need to be prepared to answer them honestly.
We'll also audit your current systems - your CRM, your website, your follow-up processes, everything. We need to understand what's working and what's broken before we can fix it.
Here’s What's Required of You: You need to be available for these discovery sessions. You can't delegate this to someone else. We need to talk to the person who actually understands the business.
Phase 2: Systems & Process Building (Weeks 2-6)[c]
This is where we build out all your systems. Your sales playbook, CRM optimization, onboarding course, pitch deck, and all the workflows.
During this phase, we'll need regular feedback from you. We'll show you drafts of the playbook and ask for your input. We'll set up the CRM and need you to test it. We'll create training materials and need you to review them.
Here’s What's Required of You: You need to be responsive during this phase. When we send you something to review, we need feedback within 24-48 hours. If you disappear for a week, it delays everything.
You also need to make decisions. We'll present you with options for different approaches, and you need to choose. We can't build your systems if you can't make decisions about your business.
This timelines ranges depending on how quickly you can make decisions and give us what we need to set everything up.
Phase 3: Team Recruitment (Weeks 5 and onward)[d]
While we're finishing up the systems, we start recruiting your team. We’re not going to put someone in there to just put someone in there.
After week 5 you have an open ticket that’s valid for 6 months to put someone on your team. You may want to wait longer and that’s fine we’ll make it work for you but we don’t want to place anyone until you’re ready.
We'll present you with 2-3 candidates for each position. You'll interview them and make the final hiring decisions.
Here’s What's Required of You: You need to be available for interviews. These are your team members, so you need to be involved in selecting them. We'll do the initial screening, but you make the final call.
You also need to be prepared to make offers quickly. Good candidates don't stay on the market long. If you find someone you like, you need to be ready to move fast.
Well also give you the contracts you need for these guys and make it exclusive for your company. Once you choose someone the first two weeks inside your company we will be personally training before you fully on-ramp them into the team.
And even while they’re on the team, your guys will still have access to our weekly trainings so they can keep crushing it for you.
Phase 4: Onboarding and Training (Weeks 7-10)
Once your team is hired, we put them through our comprehensive onboarding process. This includes our training course, plus live training sessions with you and our team.
Here’s What's Required of You: You need to be involved in the training. Your team needs to hear from you about your business, your customers, and your expectations. You can't just delegate this entirely to us.
You also need to be available for questions during the first few weeks. New team members always have questions, and they need to be able to reach you.
Phase 5: Optimization (Weeks 9-12)
This is when your team starts taking calls and making sales. We want to monitor everything closely and make adjustments as needed.
Here’s What's Required of You: You need to be patient during this phase. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for new team members to hit their stride, even with great training and systems.
You also need to be involved in the optimization process. We'll identify areas for improvement, but we need your input on the changes.
So here’s the Weekly Time Commitment for you…
Throughout the entire process, you should expect to spend 3-5 hours per week with us. Some weeks will be more, some will be less, but that's a good average.
This includes meetings with our team, training sessions with your new hires, and ongoing optimization discussions.
Now, Here’s What Happens If You Can't Commit the Time:
I need to be honest with you about this. If you can't commit the time required, you should just give up on growing a sales team.
Unless you have infinite money and want us to also hire a manager for you, and get them paid while you’re onramping, you need to be involved.
We've had clients who thought they could just pay and disappear. It never works. Building a sales team requires leadership, and leadership requires your involvement.
Now, about our guarantee. I want to be clear about what this means.
You won't see results on day 1. Or day 30. The first 30 days are mostly setup and training. The real results start showing up in months 2 and 3.
Unless you already have a team in place, if that’s the case you may see results pretty quickly.
But by day 90, you should be seeing a clear upward trend in your revenue. That's what we guarantee you’ll see.
Look, I'm not going to sugarcoat this. Building a 7-figure sales team is a significant time investment.
If you're looking for a completely passive solution where you don’t have to do anything, this isn't it.
But if you're willing to be an active partner in building something great, then this is exactly what you need.
The question you need to ask yourself is: Are you ready to invest the time and energy required to build a sales team that can scale your business?
If the answer is yes, then let's talk. If the answer is no, just give up on the idea of scaling your business.

HEADLINE: We’ll Place A Hybrid Sales Rep Inside Your Business, Build Out Your Systems For You, Fix Your Sales Process And Guarantee The Rep Sets And Closes 10 Deals In Their First 45 Days Or We Refund You In Full*
Hey my name is Dean Kozora and today I’m going to show you something that’s likely the exact opposite of what you’ve seen online about putting setters or closers inside your high ticket business…
The industry is changing and if you’re not adapting to these changes, it’s not that you’ll get left behind…instead, you’re just going to be stuck doing things the old way, which just means you’re going to grow a lot slower than you’d probably like.
And what I’m about to share isn’t a subjective opinion as to what you should do when it comes to building a sales team…
This is based on what we’ve seen ACTUALLY work building over 15 different sales teams up to $1M per month inside our Sales Agency, Hardly Selling.
Now, what I’m about to share with you is not our agency offer, this is a done for you placement/recruiting offer with some done with you components to it…
And it’s pretty straightforward. We’ll place a hybrid sales rep inside your business, build out your systems for you, fix your sales process and guarantee they get you results and we’ll talk more about what we guarantee here in a moment.
This is primarily for online service based businesses, so coaches, consultants, agencies, done for you online service providers..anyone who sells or wants to sell high ticket products over a sales call.
So what’s The Hybrid Sales Rep Method and how does it work?
Well let me explain it to you by telling you a story.
This is Taylor Welch. I’ve known Taylor for a few years now. I wasn’t actually the biggest fan of him when I met him. He started making pretty aggressive claims in his marketing. The FTC came after him. He paid a super fat fine. And now he’s actually a pretty good person because life has a way of humbling us when we get a bit too over our skis.
You may love him like I do, you may hate him, or you may not even know him, yet he was one of the first people in the high ticket space who really convinced business owners that they need setters on their offers and that you should have a team of closers separate from those setters.
So what happened? Everyone in the industry miraculously arrived to the conclusion that they needed a team of setters and a team of closers.
But here’s what you have to keep in mind, the strategy Taylor recommended really only made sense for teams that were already doing $200k and above per month because they had the lead flow to handle that size of team.
However for anyone under $100k a month? The strategy doesn’t really make sense. And again, I am telling you this from practical experience, not a bunch of theory from sitting on the sidelines just coaching people like 90% of the sales industry.
Like I said, for the past few years we’ve ran a sales agency here called Hardly Selling, we’ve worked with a lot of 7 and 8 figure businesses, we’ve personally taken 15 separate sales teams to $1,000,000 per month and we’ve directly produced over $200,000,000 for those sales teams and have trained over 1,000 reps.
Here’s what we’ve seen from our experience: Most teams do not need a team of setters and a team of closers until they break past that $200k per month mark.
Instead, what makes more sense is to have reps who set the deals and close the deals for you as well.
These reps are what we call hybrids, and that’s what The Hybrid Sales Rep Method is all about.
These reps are not traditional setters who only book calls and never touch the close. And they’re not closers who sit back and wait for layups.
They take full ownership of the pipeline. They prospect. They set the call. They follow up. They qualify. They sell. They close.
And that level of ownership solves a massive issue in most businesses doing between $20k to $200k per month.
Because what most business owners don’t realize is that complexity kills performance, and it’s not their fault, they’ve been trained to copy what the big boys are doing.
I’ve actually seen businesses doing $30k/month with 2 reps building org charts like they were 9 figure enterprise companies. It’s completely unnecessary.
When you start stacking setters, closers, managers, and now you’re in four meetings a week just trying to figure out what’s going on…but you’re under $200k per month?
You’re just setting yourself up for burnout and failure but it doesn’t need to be like that.
What you need is one competent rep who owns the pipeline front to back. Someone who doesn’t sit around blaming marketing. Someone who doesn’t need hand-holding. Someone who books, sells, and repeats.
So part of this offer is that we will place a hybrid rep into your team, but the other part of our offer is what we do to make sure this rep succeeds.
Across all the business owners who come to me asking for help with their rep’s performance, there is one story I see over and over and over again…
Usually, let’s just call him Steve for this example…Steve hired what he thought was an A-player closer. Someone with a track record, they came from a recruiting program, they have great references, the whole nine yards.
But after two months, this "superstar" was barely hitting a 15% close rate…Steve tries training him, but nothing works, he’s reviewing sales calls and wondering what the heck this guy is even doing on the calls…Steve has to constantly bring this “superstar” back to basics…but no matter what he just won’t follow instructions.
He’s frustrated, he’s ready to fire this closer, but he doesn’t want to start the hiring process all over again.
Here’s what Steve tells me, “I don’t think anyone can close my deals the way I can, I don’t know if a sales team is right for my business, maybe I should just focus on founder led sales.”
Now, when I meet Steve I ask him one question: "What if the problem isn't the rep, what if it's your systems and your process?"
Most business owners focus 90% of their energy on trying to get the perfect people in place, training them to be killers, trying to find new people to replace their current ones, while completely ignoring their sales process bottlenecks and the issues with their systems…
It does not matter what you sell, you need THREE things working together - the right people, the right process, and the right systems.
Most companies try to solve only one problem, and that's exactly why they fail.
But when you get all 3 right? That's when the magic happens.
That's why this offer is different, we don't just place a proven hybrid rep in your business, we build out all your systems for you and help you optimize your entire sales process first. THAT way, by placing the right people into that optimized system, you can scale.
Because here's what we've seen from our own experience: A decent rep with great systems and a great process will outperform an amazing rep working with broken systems and a broken sales process…every single time.
So again, here’s our offer: We’ll Place A Hybrid Sales Rep Inside Your Business, Build Out Your Systems For You, Fix Your Sales Process And Guarantee The Rep Sets And Closes 10 Deals In Their First 30 Days Or We Refund You In Full*
If you're looking for a quick fix or you're not willing to invest in proper systems, we're probably not a good fit.
But if you're ready to build a sales team that actually works, click the button below to book a strategy call with us.
We'll take a look at where you’re at in your business, show you exactly where your biggest bottlenecks are with your sales, and if it makes sense for both of us, we'll talk about whether a hybrid sales rep is right for you.
Whether or not you decide to work with us afterwards is completely up to you. But I guarantee that call will still be one of the most valuable sales conversations you've ever had.
Click the button below and let's talk.
Confirmation VSL Script (DONE)
Talk soon.
Q&A Video 1 - “How much does this cost?” (REVISE)
* Custom Sales Playbook: $5,000
* CRM Optimization: $5,000
* Professional Pitch Deck: $2,500
* Team Recruitment & Placement: $4,000
* Bootcamp onboarding: $3,000
(That’s $19,500 and I can tell you that we do not charge you that amount, we’re way under that for our full program, but it depends on whether you need a setter, a setter and a closer, or two closers two setters…see what I mean?)
But here's the thing - the real value isn't in the individual components. It's in how they all work together as a complete system AND that we train you on this system.
You can’t be reliant on us forever, everything we do and build is set up for your company. We work with you 1on1 to get setup so you see how everything works. You also have a coach throughout the entire process to help make answer any questions and solve any problems pop up.
Q&A Video 2: "How Are You Different from Everyone Else?" - REVISE
Before we place a single person on your team, we spend 2-4 weeks building out your entire sales infrastructure.

Q&A Video 3: "What's the Real Timeline and What's Required of Me?" - RESHOOT
Let me walk you through exactly what the next 4 months look like if we decide to work together. I want you to know exactly what you're signing up for, including what's required of you.
Because here's the thing - this isn't a passive investment where you just enter your credit card and wait for results. You're going to need to be involved, and I want to be upfront about that.
Phase 1: Discovery and Planning (Weeks 1-2)
Phase 2: Systems & Process Building (Weeks 2-6)
Phase 3: Team Recruitment (Weeks 5 and onward)

This is based on what we've ACTUALLY seen work building over 15 different sales teams up to one million dollars per month inside our Sales Agency, Hardly Selling.
Now, what I’m about to share with you is not our agency offer, this is a done for you placement/recruiting offer with some done with you components to it…
This is primarily for online service based businesses - coaches, consultants, agencies, done for you online service providers who sell high ticket products over a sales call.
So what's The Hybrid Sales Rep Method and how does it work?
But that strategy really only made sense for teams already doing $200k and above per month, because they had the lead flow to handle that size of a team.
For anyone under $200k a month? The strategy doesn't make sense, and I'm telling you this from practical experience building sales teams, not theory.
Most teams do not need separate setters and closers until they break past that $200k per month mark.
Instead, what makes sense is to have reps who set the deals and close the deals for you as well.
These reps are what we call hybrids. They aren't traditional setters or closers waiting for layups. They take full ownership - they prospect, set, follow up, qualify, sell, and close.
That level of ownership solves a massive issue in most businesses doing between $20k to $200k per month.
Because complexity kills performance. I've seen businesses doing $30k per month with 2 reps building org charts like they were 9 figure enterprise companies. It's completely unnecessary.
What you need is one competent rep who owns the entire pipeline front to back.
So part of our offer is placing a hybrid rep, but the other part is what we do to make sure this rep succeeds.
When I meet Steve I ask him: "What if the problem isn't the rep, what if it's your systems and your process?"
We spend a week optimizing everything - fixing bottlenecks he didn't even know existed - and that same "failing" closer jumps to 40% close rates almost overnight.
I've seen that exact story more times than I can count.
You can hire Jordan Belfort himself, but if you give him broken systems and an unoptimized sales process, he's going to fail.
Most business owners focus 90% of their energy on finding perfect people while completely ignoring their sales process bottlenecks and system issues.
You need three things working together - the right people, the right process, and the right systems.
Most companies try to solve only one problem, and that's exactly why they struggle.
But when you get all 3 right? That's when the magic happens.
That's why this offer is different. We don't just place a proven hybrid rep in your business, we build out all your systems and help you optimize your entire sales process first. That way, by placing the right people into that optimized system, you can scale.
A decent rep with great systems and a great process will outperform an amazing rep working with broken systems and a broken sales process…every single time.
So here's our offer: We'll place a hybrid sales rep inside your business, build out your systems, fix your sales process and guarantee the rep sets and closes 10 deals in their first 30 days or we refund you in full.
But whatever you choose, I guarantee that call will still be one of the most valuable sales conversations you've ever had.
Click the button below and let's talk.
Q&A Video 3: "What's the Real Timeline and What's Required of Me?"
Let me walk you through exactly what the next few months look like if we decide to work together.
Phase 2: Systems & Process Building (Weeks 2-6)
Phase 3: Team Recruitment (Weeks 5 and onward)
While we're finishing up the systems, we start recruiting your hybrid csales rep. We’re not going to put someone in there to just put someone in there.
After week 5 you have an open ticket that’s valid for 6 months to put someone on your team. You may want to wait longer and that’s fine we’ll make it work for you but we don’t want to place anyone until you’re ready.
We'll present you with 2-3 candidates for the position. You'll interview them and make the final hiring decisions.
If none of the candidates make sense based on culture or your gut feel, no worries we’ll keep doing rounds of 2-3 candidates until you find someone you feel confident in.
Phase 4: Onboarding and Training (Weeks 7-9)
Once your team is hired, we put them through our comprehensive onboarding process. This includes our training course, plus live training sessions with you and our team.
After your onboarding is complete this is when your 45 day guarantee kicks in. Within 45 days of the 2 weeks of training, we guarantee your rep will set and close 10 deals for you, or we refund you in full. All of our terms are conditions are on the video on this page.
This is when your rep starts taking calls and making sales.
This includes meetings with our team, training sessions with your new hire, and ongoing optimization discussions.
Building a sales team is a significant time investment, it’s kind of like planting a field of crops, you need to break some sweat before you get to harvest. That’s how business works.
Q&A Video 4: "How Does The Guarantee Work?"
Let me walk you through exactly how our guarantee works, because I want you to understand every detail before we move forward. This isn't some vague promise or marketing gimmick - this is a specific, measurable commitment that we put in writing.
Here's what we guarantee: We'll place a hybrid sales rep inside your business, build out your systems for you, fix your sales process, and guarantee that rep sets and closes 10 deals in their first 45 days, or we refund you in full.
Now, here's the specific commitment: 10 deals closed in the first 45 days after we’ve onboarded the rep. Not 10 appointments set. Not 10 proposals sent. Ten actual closed deals with signed contracts and payment received.
This is important because we're guaranteeing results, not just activity. Anyone can set appointments or send proposals. What matters is whether those activities turn into actual revenue for your business.
But this guarantee only applies if your business meets certain criteria, and I want to be completely transparent about what those are.
Your offer needs to have sold a minimum of 30 deals over the past 90 days, or generated a minimum of $100,000 in revenue over the past 90 days.
Why do we require this? Because we need to know that your offer actually converts. If your product or service isn't selling consistently, the problem isn't your sales rep - it's your offer. We can't guarantee that a sales rep will close deals on an offer that doesn't have proven market demand.
Your offer also needs to have a minimum ticket price of $2,500 and a maximum ticket price of $15,000.
The minimum exists because below $2,500, the economics don't work for a dedicated sales rep. The commission structure and time investment required for proper sales conversations only make sense at higher price points.
The maximum exists because above $15,000, the sales cycle typically becomes longer and more complex, often requiring multiple decision makers and extended evaluation periods. Our 45-day guarantee timeframe is designed for deals that can close within a reasonable sales cycle.
Now, we also offer an alternative way to measure success. Instead of 10 deals, the rep can hit a minimum of $75,000 in revenue in their first 45 days.
Why do we offer this alternative? Because deal sizes can vary. If your average deal size is $15,000, then 5 deals would be $75,000. But if your average deal size is $5,000, then 10 deals would only be $50,000. The revenue metric ensures that regardless of your specific deal size within our range, you're getting substantial results.
Here's a crucial point that I want to make crystal clear: Our guarantee is for closes, not sets.
What does this mean? Let's say in a given period, your rep sets 5 deals but 5 additional deals book in from previous conversations or follow-up sequences. If that rep closes 10 total deals - regardless of whether they personally set all 10 appointments - we've fulfilled our guarantee.
Why do we structure it this way? Because what matters to your business is closed revenue, not where the appointments came from. A good sales rep will often close deals from prospects who were set by previous reps, marketing campaigns, or referrals. We're guaranteeing that they'll close business, period.
Now, let me be completely transparent about what it takes to be eligible for a full refund, because this is where most companies try to hide behind fine print. We don't do that.
When we're recruiting a hybrid rep for you, you must have a validated lead flow and sales process. This means you are currently generating at least 5 new unique sales calls per day, and either you or a current closer on your team is closing above 20%.
You also must have validated curated opportunity streams which generate at least 600 new unique leads per month that a setter can tap into, and either you or a setter currently on your team is booking at least 2 calls per day. This can be either a Facebook group, VSL optin funnel, low ticket purchases, or similar validated streams.
Now, cold messaging on social media platforms or cold calling leads from more than 4 months ago do not fall under a validated curated opportunity stream. We need fresh, engaged prospects for our reps to work with.
If these conditions above are met and you have gone through 4 different hybrid reps and they all didn't work out, and you've done your part meaning you've completed 6 one-on-one calls and 2 call reviews with your account manager, then you will be eligible for a full refund.
Why do we structure it this way? Because we want to make sure we've given you every possible chance to succeed. Four different reps means we've tried multiple personality types and skill sets. Six one-on-one calls and two call reviews means you've been fully engaged in the coaching and optimization process.
This isn't us trying to make it difficult to get a refund. This is us ensuring that when we do place a rep, they have everything they need to succeed, and that we've exhausted every reasonable option before concluding that our program isn't the right fit for your business.
Now, let’s say you don’t have some of this stuff in place, it doesn’t mean we can’t help you, it just means we can’t offer you a refund guarantee. Regardless, we’re here to get you results and make it work for you, we’re business owners just like you, and we're betting our reputation on our ability to deliver. We wouldn't make this guarantee if we weren't absolutely confident in our process, but we also need to be confident you can get results.
So if your business meets our qualification criteria - proven offer, appropriate price point, and consistent sales history - then this guarantee should give you complete confidence in moving forward.
The question isn't whether we can deliver these results. The question is whether you're ready to scale your business with a proven sales professional and optimized systems.
If you are, then let's talk about getting started."
AD 1
The high ticket space is changing…
Years ago, because facebook ads were so cheap you could just run people straight to calendar, have a closer, and your business was crushing it.
Then more and more competitors came into the space and ad costs went up…
So, this guy Taylor Welch, you may or may not know him, you may or may not like him, but he started telling everyone, “You need setters. Closers shouldn’t be wasting time qualifying leads. You want volume? Split the roles.”
And honestly, for a while, he was right.
If you were spending $100k/month on ads and had more inbound leads than your team could handle, the setter to closer model made sense.
But here’s what happened…
Everyone copied the model. Everyone started offering setter placement. And in a matter of 2 years, everyone was drinking the setter koolaid.
Even businesses doing $30k/month with 2 reps started building org charts like they were 9 figure enterprise companies.
Now you’ve got founders managing teams of setters and closers, jumping into Slack every day trying to figure out what is even going, managing everything in their day to day and having to run a full sales organization at the same time.
It’s bloated. It's inefficient. And for most businesses under $200k/month, it's completely unnecessary.
The truth?
You don’t need more roles.
You need more output.
That’s why we created The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.
And it’s built specifically for companies doing under $200k/month..
It’s a proven model that we’ve personally seen work inside our Sales Agency, Hardly Selling. My name is Dean Kozora, and over the last few years, we’ve built 15 different sales teams up to $1M/month in revenue.
We’ve generated over $200 million in sales.
We’ve trained over 1,000 reps.
And we’ve seen exactly what works—and what doesn’t—across dozens of high-ticket offers.
The Hybrid Rep model didn’t come from theory.
It came from solving the same problem inside company after company after company:
The founder is doing all the sales.
They tried hiring a closer, they flopped.
They tried hiring a setter, and the calendar’s full but nobody’s buying.
Now they’re stuck managing a team instead of running the business.
So we built a model that strips all of that away.
If you want to find out more about how this works, just click this ad, we put together a short video that breaks down everything for you in full.

If you're running a business under $1M and you're trying to build some massive sales org chart with setters and closers like you're running a Fortune 500 company...you're doing it wrong.
My name is Dean Kozora. I've been in the trenches for years. Built 15 different sales teams to $1M/month. Generated over $200 million in sales. Trained over 1,000 reps.
And here's what I've learned: Most small businesses are copying strategies that were designed for companies spending $100k/month on ads, not $5k.
But here's the thing nobody talks about...
There's a completely different approach that works better for businesses at your stage. Something that strips away all the unnecessary complexity and gives you what actually works.
I’m talking about The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.
And it’s built specifically for companies doing under $200k/month.

There are a lot of "sales gurus" out there telling small business owners that they need to build these massive sales organizations with setters and closers and complex org charts.
And honestly? It's destroying businesses.
I've seen too many entrepreneurs under $1M in revenue try to implement these enterprise-level strategies, only to end up overwhelmed, broke, and burned out.
Here's the truth they won't tell you: Those strategies were designed for companies with massive ad budgets and unlimited resources. They don't work for businesses like yours.
That’s why we created The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.

Everyone's doing sales wrong.
Not just a little wrong. Completely, fundamentally wrong.
See, somewhere along the way, the entire high-ticket industry decided that the only way to scale was to copy what the big players were doing.
Setters. Closers. Complex funnels. Massive teams.
But here's what nobody talks about: Those big players have resources you don't have. They have budgets you don't have. They have problems you don't have.
When you try to copy their playbook with your budget and your team size, you're setting yourself up for failure.
I'm Dean Kozora from Hardly Selling, and after building 15 different sales teams to $1M/month, I can tell you with absolute certainty: There's a better way and it’s called The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.

You're about to make a $100,000 mistake.
Maybe you're doing all the sales yourself right now and thinking "I need to hire someone."
Or maybe you're ready to scale but everyone's telling you that you need setters and closers and this whole complex sales organization.
I've seen this same pattern destroy businesses over and over again.
Entrepreneurs who were crushing it doing sales themselves get convinced they need to "professionalize" their approach when they scale. So they hire setters. Then closers. Then someone to manage the setters and closers.
Before they know it, they're spending more time managing their sales team than they ever spent doing sales themselves.
Meanwhile, their conversion rates drop because of all the handoffs. Their costs skyrocket because of all the extra people. And their stress levels go through the roof.
That’s why we created The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.

While everyone else is telling you to complicate your sales process when you scale, we’d liek to show you how to keep it simple.
While everyone else is following the same "setter and closer" playbook, we're writing a new one.
The high-ticket industry has convinced everyone that scaling means complexity. That going from doing sales yourself to having a team means you need multiple roles and complicated handoffs.
But what if they're wrong?
What if the most effective way to make your first sales hire is actually the opposite of what everyone's teaching?
The Hybrid Rep model we’ve created goes against everything you’ve heard.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
It eliminates the inefficiencies baked into the old way of building sales teams.
And it’s built specifically for companies doing under $200k/month.

They were doing something completely different.
While their competitors were drowning in org charts and management headaches from day one, these entrepreneurs were quietly scaling with clarity and simplicity.
The best part? This approach is specifically designed for entrepreneurs making their first sales hire. Not some watered-down version of what big companies do, but something built from the ground up for your situation.

Are you doing all the sales in your business right now?
If so, you're probably thinking about hiring someone soon. Maybe you're already getting advice about setters and closers and building a "proper" sales organization.
Here's the reality: You didn't build your business to become a sales manager on day one of scaling.
But that's exactly what's going to happen if you follow the conventional advice about hiring your first sales person.
You'll go from being a successful entrepreneur who closes deals to being a stressed-out manager trying to figure out why your new "professional" sales process isn't working.
I'm Dean Kozora from Hardly Selling, and I've seen this story play out hundreds of times.
Successful entrepreneurs who were crushing it on their own get talked into building complex sales processes for their first hire, only to end up with less revenue and more stress.
The truth is, when you're ready to make your first sales hire, there's a much better way to do it.
Something that lets you scale without throwing yourself into management hell. Something that actually increases your results instead of complicating them.
That’s why we created The Hybrid Rep model.
It gets rid of the need for a massive team of setters.
