Subject Line: why women love cows
Preview Line: divine cattle energy
2000 years ago the goddesses of ancient Greece gathered at Mount Olympus…
Frolicking and dancing around while expressing their divine feminine energy…
One of them decided to snap their fingers…
And POOF…
Suddenly, the court yard where they were playing at was filled with cows.
They laughed and giggled as they played with the cows who joined them in frolicking and play.
And it was on that day that cows were blessed with magical devine feminine powers.
You may think I’m joking…
But how else do you explain the fact that some women experience relief from period cramps when consuming beef liver?
PSST…
Fellas, it’s at this point in the email that I interrupt what I’m sharing to let you know this IS in fact relevant to you…
Want your partner to be a little less emotional or moody when she’s on her period?
Feed her beef liver.
Ladies, want to reduce menstrual cycle irregularities, PMS symptoms, and other hormonal imbalances?
Eat beef liver.
Sounds crazy, but it’s true.
Beef liver vitamins act as anti-estrogen aromatase inhibitors, specifically vitamins A, E and K. contains a substance called "aromatase inhibitors"...
these vitamins also antagonize the estrogen receptor and reduce levels...
one of the more controversial things I believe is that PMS is from too much estrogen relative to progesterone. so the question is how to remedy that…
(Psst…the answer is Beef Liver)
Excess estrogen disrupts the menstrual cycle by interfering with the delicate balance between estrogen and progesterone, another hormone that is involved in regulating the menstrual cycle.
Progesterone helps to prepare the uterine lining for pregnancy, and when estrogen levels are too high…
It can lead to an imbalance between estrogen and progesterone, which results in irregular menstrual cycles, heavy bleeding, or other menstrual problems.
Vitamin A is also critical for progesterone synthesis...so it is a double whammy...lowering excess estrogen and helping to increase progesterone synthesis, along with copper and vitamin B6.
Excess estrogen can also cause a range of PMS symptoms, such as:
* Breast tenderness
* Cramps
* Mood swings
* Bloating
* Headaches.
This is because estrogen can affect the levels of neurotransmitters in the brain…
Which can lead to changes in mood and other symptoms associated with PMS.
Crazy right?
In addition to these effects, excess estrogen has been linked to an increased risk of certain health problems, such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and endometrial cancer.
So rather than take some chemicals that came from a lab to help reduce excess estrogen…
Why not just eat beef liver, nature’s true miracle?

Carnivore Aurelius

Subject Line: Ray Peat Type Beat
Preview Line: my man
On December 21, 1935, an absolute legend was born.[a]
You may or may not know him…
But behind the scenes, he's responsible for many of the current health trends you're reading about today like anti-seed oils, pro beef liver, and anti-birth control…
I’m talking about none other, than my man Ray Peat.
Mr. Peat has contributed a ridiculous amount of information to the fields of nutrition, endocrinology, and aging.
After dedicating his life to studying the human body and how to optimize nutrition and hormones for optimal health…
He wrote several works which I personally view as the cornerstone of my personal nutrition philosophy.
I remember an ignorant and younger version of me first reading his work…
And being shocked at how he was promoting the EXACT opposite of mainstream health advice.
One of the main points that Ray constantly harped on was that the Standard American Diet was a major contributor to chronic diseases…
(Including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.)
He believed that this was due to the overconsumption of processed foods mainly because of a lack of nutrients and seed oils.
I wanted to give respect where it was due to Ray Peat because you have no lack of people saying they came up with XYZ health advice…
But realistically pretty much everyone has to give credit to Ray Peat.
Here’s a very accurate summary of his work…
Is the food in question easy to digest?
No? Don’t eat it.
Yes? Eat it.
If it’s easy to digest that means it’s very easy for your body to convert that food into ATP which is basically the energy that fuels your cells…
And your cells are what fuel your body.
So a lot of what contributes to low levels of energy and fatigue is people consuming foods that are incredibly hard to digest.
One of the best foods that converts into a super-charged form of ATP?
Organ meats.
Maybe it’s not supercharged but there’s a reason tons of people talk about experiencing a “liver high” once they eat it…
Our human digestive system was literally evolutionarily evolved to easily and effortlessly digest organ meat and meat in general.
Sorry vegans, you can’t reverse evolution no matter how much you like beyond beef.

[a]it may be worth talking about his death instead of his birth given he died recently...but that also may be too heavy
