My Fellow Beverage Lovers,
What would life be like if we didn’t have drinks?
Beverages?
Juices?
These are the nectar of life, I mean how good does it taste to just down a glass of OJ?
There’s a reason for that, your body loves that s***
But you know what your body doesn’t love?
Cans of bubbly poison that have ungodly amounts of sugar and processed garbage in them.
Ditch that stuff.
These are the only beverages you need:
Coconut water - Not only is coconut water a refreshing and hydrating beverage, it's also packed with electrolytes, potassium, and other minerals that can help regulate blood pressure and improve heart health.
Orange juice - This classic morning drink is not only delicious, it's also full of vitamin C, which can boost your immune system and promote healthy skin. It also has flavonoids like naringenin and quercitin which reduce oxidative stress and lower excess estrogen.
Pom juice - Pomegranate juice is a great source of antioxidants, which can help protect your cells from damage and reduce inflammation in the body. Some studies show that pomegranate juice can increase testosterone and reduce arterial thickness.
Coffee - Not just for waking you up in the morning, coffee is also a source of antioxidants and can help improve mental alertness and reduce the risk of some diseases.
Yerba mate - This South American tea is a good alternative to coffee, with less caffeine and more antioxidants, as well as potential benefits for digestion and mental clarity.
Breast milk - While not a typical beverage for adults, breast milk is full of nutrients and antibodies that can help boost the immune system and promote healthy gut bacteria. (Btw, it’s super based to drink Breast milk)
Raw milk - This controversial drink is rich in vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, and may have potential benefits for those with lactose intolerance.
Bone broth - Made from simmering bones and connective tissue, bone broth is rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals that can promote joint health and gut health.
Mexican Coca-Cola - Made with real cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup, Mexican Coca-Cola is a delicious treat that can satisfy your sweet tooth without the negative health effects of artificial sweeteners.
Gerolsteiner - This sparkling mineral water from Germany is a great source of minerals, including calcium and magnesium, and can help promote hydration and digestion.
Those are my top picks for the best beverages for health and wellness.
You don’t need to ONLY drink water, don’t be scared to add a little liquid flavor in your life…
It’ll do ya good.
Moo,
Carnivore Aurelius
P.S.

Wait, let me put my hat on…
INSERT TIN FOIL CARNIVORE AURELIUS HAT PICTURE
Okay now we can talk about the war.
This war isn’t any normal war…
It’s a war between America and their food system.
The food is poison in America.
And the sad part is that a lot of people haven’t left America to have any other experience of what food could be like.
I’ve traveled all over the world.
Yes, as a floating bust of a statue.
Airport security is actually super chill about it.
But all jokes aside, and I’m telling you with absolute certainty…
The food in other countries doesn’t make you feel like trash after you eat it.
There’s a very common meme about how you can eat two pizzas and some pasta in italy…
And you lose weight.
But you eat that food in America, and it’s the exact opposite.
This is not a “no biggie” or a small problem…
This is extremely important.
This is the clur you’re looking for as to what the REAL problem REALLY is…
* Seed Oils
* Food Colorings
* BPA
* Pesticides
* Chemicals In Tap Water
* GMOs
* Food Additives And Excipients
* Excessive Gluten In Grains
* Lack Of Sunlight
* Sedentary Lifestyle
* Polyfluorinated Substances
All of these things are a part of the American diet and lifestyle, but no one wants to talk about it.
I don’t think it’s absurd to just attribute it to the fact that the quality of food in the states is just LOW.
It’s not like you can’t get access to quality food in the America…
But like 70% of it is poison.
Go out to any restaurant and your food is doused in seed oils.
Maybe that’s what it is.
So realistically this problem is something that’s pretty easy to solve…
We just need to ban seed oils.
And then the pesticides being used…
And then the food colorings…
And then all of the additives…
And then all the plastic…
And then all the casual sex…
And then we need to force people to go for a walk once a day…
And then we need to get them off their phones and interacting with each other…
And then we need to make meat our new mascot (sorry, bald eagle)...
And then we need to get rid of the lizard people.
Start small, and then we build up from there.
You in or what?
Moo,
Carnivore Aurelius
P.S.
The best way to fight back against the conglomerate evil bad guys over at Big Seed Oil?
Buying our Beef Liver crisps.
Okay maybe not…
You could go from grocery store to grocery store with a chainsaw and destroy every seed oil bottle you see.
But that takes effort…
You can just get beef liver instead…
Same thing pretty much.

There’s no need to jump from one fad diet to another.
Most of these diets are pretty much all doing the same thing…
It’s just about removing hard-to-digest foods.
Keto, paleo, and carnivore diets are all based on the idea of removing certain foods that are difficult for the body to digest…
Such as:
- Grains
- Legumes
- Vegetables (Carnivore)
These diets have some benefits for some people…
But they're not the end-all-be-all solution…
Because removing all these hard-to-digest foods can lead to deficiencies in key nutrients that are essential for health.
The key to a healthy diet is not just removing certain foods…
But also including plenty of easy-to-digest foods that provide a wide range of nutrients.
Meat may be one of the easiest foods to digest, but that doesn't mean you should only eat meat.
Other easy-to-digest foods such as rice, fruit, mushrooms, potatoes, sweet potatoes…
Those are all important parts of a balanced diet.
These foods provide essential nutrients such as:
- fiber
- vitamins
- minerals necessary to function properly
If you're tired of jumping from one fad diet to another, remember that the key to a healthy diet is not just about removing certain foods.
Here’s the basic truth that’s made my diet and life simple…
Eat plenty of easy-to-digest foods that provide a wide range of nutrients.
Simple.
Moo,
Carnivore Aurelius
P.S.
Can you guess what one of the best things to digest is?
You’re darn right.
It’s beef liver.
