Remember when you were a kid and you hated broccoli?
But your parents made you eat it because they said it was good for you?
Dirty liars.
If only they knew that one serving of broccoli only has 13% of the RDA for Vitamin B9.
Where as, one serving of beef liver has a whopping 180%.
You would need to eat 2.2 POUNDS of broccoli in order to get the same nutritional value as just a handful of beef liver.
Younger you was right.
Younger you had a natural rebellious tendency that could only be satiated with beef organs.
But your parents, they fed you fruit loops…
And BROCCOLI.
If you haven’t yet today, call your mom…
And call her a fool and then moo at her.
No just kidding, your mother is an amazing human (I hope) that did the best she could (I hope) given her limited paradigm.
But maybe still moo at her that’d be pretty funny.
They had an excuse because there wasn’t even google around when they were raising you.
It wasn’t common for suburban parents to know this was natures true superfoods.
But today, there’s no excuse to not know that…
1. Majority of food is toxic poison that is slowly killing you
2. Beef liver is amazing and packed with more nutritional benefits than you can shake a stick at
Let’s cancel broccoli.
Let’s finish the mission younger you started.

Let’s take a moment to get a little nerdy here and talk about a very cool vitamin…
You guessed it from the subject line, we’re talking about Vitamin B12.
This nutrient is incredibly based.
Here’s how it works…
When the body gets an adequate supply of oxygen, it leads to increased energy levels.
This is because oxygen is essential for cellular respiration which is the process for cells to produce energy in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
But your body doesn’t get a steady supply of oxygen from you just breathing.
Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, which carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.
When there are enough red blood cells and enough hemoglobin, the body gets an adequate supply of oxygen.
This oxygen is then used by the cells to produce energy through cellular respiration, which leads to increased energy levels.
In other words, when the body has a sufficient supply of oxygen, it can produce more energy,
And that results in improved physical and mental performance along with an increase overall energy levels.
So the key to better oxygen levels throughout the body?
Red blood cells.
Want to know what helps create more red blood cells?
Beef liver.
And that’s because it’s a rich source of vitamin B12 and iron, which are both essential for the production of red blood cells.
Vitamin B12 helps in the formation of red blood cells…
And iron is a crucial component of hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen.
So simply put…
You put beef liver in your face hole.
Your body better produces oxygen.
You have better energy levels and you feel better.
A miracle from the cow gods themself.
