Client Ascension Newsletter (Dec 19)
Subject Line: newsletter update
Preview Line: making some changes going into 2023
What’s up my friends,
I wanted to send this email out to let you know about some changes I’m going to be making to my newsletter.
So here’s what I’ve been thinking about…
I’ve created a massive Twitter following and also have been picking up some serious momentum on Youtube…
And all of that came from sharing my story with people and providing value that’s infused with my fucking hilarious personality.
But when I look at my email list, if I’m being honest, I’ve only really used it to talk about Client Ascension.
That’s worked out great for me, but going into 2023 I want to really double down on the content I’m putting out.
Not just on Twitter and Youtube, but also on my email list as well.
So expect to see some pretty cool shit from me landing in your inbox.
2023 is going to rip.

Preview Line: How I Got To Where I’m At Today
I’m constantly asked what got me started in entrepreneurship…
And I definitely think this is one of the most overused questions in interviews, but I figured why not share it with you guys.
So basically the short answer is this:
I was pissed off.
Here’s the longer and more entertaining answer:
Before I was Cold Email Wizard and before I was running Client Ascenscion…
Before I was running any businesses…
I was working at a Publix grocery store in the bakery.
Basically, this was the most demeaning shit I had ever done in my life.
Washing dishes, scrubbing floors, cleaning the grime off the bottom of the fridge with the smallest fucking brush you can imagine.
Just a bunch of mindless monkey tasks.
I’ll never forget my manager asking me to sweep up some stuff off the floor with a broom and when I told him I could get it done in less time with a vacuum he told me…
“No, vacuums are for carpets.”
No Greg, Vacuums are for all surfaces you stupid dipshit.
But wait, it gets more ridiculous…
I remember that same manager once told me to clean some dishes because they had water stains on them.
Remember, this was a bakery, not a five-star restaurant, the customers weren’t eating off the dishes.
These were dishes that we would put muffins and shit on, nobody was going to see the water stains.
Like, what the fuck? Why do I need to clean them?
If you work stupid jobs and you have to put up with stupidity, that’s the way it is.
But here’s the thing, you’re always going to be dealing with problems, it’s just that the more money you make, the more complicated shit you have to deal with.
It looks something like this…
When you’re working a job, you’re dealing with stupid shit…
When you’re running a business that’s cranking out $100k+ a month, you’re dealing with difficult shit.
And the reason why I got started in business was that I wanted to deal with difficult shit not stupid shit.
And by the way, at each one of those stages, regardless of where you’re at…
I genuinely believe the best way to get to the next level is to get extremely pissed off.
If you’re truly pissed off, and you’re focused on solving the problems specific to the level you’re operating at…
There’s literally no way you can fail unless you give up.
Stuck at a stupid job? Get pissed off and take massive action.
Stuck at $10k a month? Get pissed off and take massive action.
Stuck at $100k a month? Get pissed off and take massive action.
It’s worked for me and it’s worked for everyone I know.

Subject Line: stupidest twitter mistake I see
Preview Line: this makes you look like an idiot
I want you to think about the person on Twitter you respect the most…
Who’s the first person that comes to mind?
Got a mental image of them in your head?
Okay cool, so what do you think is better…
For them to see you as their equal or for them to view you as lower on the totem pole than them?
Obviously, it’s to be seen as an equal, right?
So a lot of you believe this to be true, but the shit you put on your Twitter would 100% make that person and many other serious ballers on Twitter think less of you.
I’m not talking about the blatant shit posting…
I do that all the time, you don’t need to be mr. serious business business business guy 24/7/365.
I’m talking about you posting your revenue numbers.
I see this CONSTANTLY…guys will hit their first $30k month, throw it up on Twitter, and it gets 100 likes or so they think they’re crushing it.
But I’m telling you…there’s dudes who are making $30k A DAY…
The guys liking your shit are all people who’s opinion you shouldn’t care about at all.
You could be posting the dopest content online, but the second someone knows that they make more than you, they’ll think your shit is useless real quick.
Because think about it…
If you we’re making $900k a month, are you listening to anything $30k a month guy has to say?
Nope.
Keep the numbers to yourself.
Focus on putting out valuable content and also retweeting my shit because my content instantly makes you look more credible.
(shameless plug)
Not only is this going to help you with networking…
But I guarantee it’ll save you from missing out on clients that would’ve been lay-down closes had you not disclosed your revenue.

Subject Line: christmas eve - separation season
Preview Line: this is your chance to make it happen
First off, I wanted to say I hope you have a balls-to-the-wall amazing Christmas tomorrow.
But I also wanted to explain something that’s been on my mind lately…
Because of the holidays, a lot of people are slowing down.
From Christmas until New Years, pretty much the entire world just fucks off.
And then the week after New Years is pretty much a joke as well…
So for the most part, you’ve got an opportunity to get a 2 week head start on all of your competition.
And make no mistake about it, you have competition.
This game is Player Vs Player…
The client that you want?
Your competition wants them too.
You should be paranoid as fuck about beating them.
It should be consuming your thoughts constantly.
It should make it hard for you to fall asleep at night.
Because your competition aren’t the guys that are making the same amount of money as you…
Your competition has 5x the momentum that you do and is making 5x more than you.
You NEED every fucking advantage that you can get.
2 out of the 52 weeks in the year is a 4% advantage.
You NEED that.
Because what most people don’t understand is your 4% advantage can start to grow exponentially with compounding interest.
All of a sudden that 4% turns into 56% and you’re blowing past your competition, because they’re not doing the basic shit they should be doing.
That’s why starting on January 1st the members inside of Client Ascenscion are starting something called The Sprint…
They’re going to be doing:
* 12 YouTube videos
* 60 Short Form Videos
* 7,000 Cold Emails
* 45 Twitter Threads
* 120 Tweets
* 1,000 Cold DM's
* 90 LinkedIn Posts
This is going to give every single member in Client Ascension an unfair advantage.
Want to do the same?

And Merry Christmas ya filthy animal.
