Do you know why nobody's buying your stuff?
Most people immediately think that the problem is their offer…
“Maybe I’ll add on more DFY components and that will get me more buyers…”
“Maybe I’ll lower the price and that will get me more buyers…”
“Maybe I’ll bla bla bla and that will get me more buyers…”
Look, it’s MAYBE less than 10% of the time that you have an offer problem when someone already has had someone buy a service from you.
If your offer is quantifiable with a clear end result and money back guarantee, you don't have an offer problem my friend.
You've got a traffic problem.
Now there is only 2 reasons why you would have a traffic problem…
1. TAM
2. Traffic Inputs
So let me define #1 real quick…
TAM, which means total addressable market, is the total number of humans on this planet who can actually buy what you're selling.
Too many of you spin up an agency…
And then you decide to go after some hyper-specific niche like health spa franchises that do over $1M a year…
Last time I checked, there's about 6 of them.
You cannot and will not build a successful agency when you have 6 total people you can work with.
Yes, you should niche down but you should not do that not just for the sake of niching down.
What I mean by that is you need to make sure you niche down to a big enough market that can sustain and scale your biz for the long haul.
Niching down is kind of like salting your food…
You can definitely overdo it.
You can definitely underdo it.
But the right amount is what you’re looking for.
There’s a sweet spot you have to hit which gives you enough TAM to work with…
So let’s say you decide to niche down to ecom brands…
Okay, that’s a bit too broad because the way a clothing brand markets itself is VASTLY different than the way a medical device company markets itself.
So let’s say you narrow down to direct to consumer ecommerce brands like clothing, beauty, supplements, etc.
Now you’re in the sweet spot…
It’s a big enough niche but at the same time it’s specific enough that you don’t look like a generalist.
Now, let’s say you decided to niche down further into clothing brands…
This is where your food is still edible but it’s pretty salty.
Sure, you could carve out a portion of this market, but my question to you is why would you do that?
If your service is the same for a skin care company as it is for a clothing company, what sense does it make for you to cap the total possible revenue of your business?
See what I mean?
Find the sweet spot, and then you can move onto fixing problem #2 which is inputs.
I’ll share more in the next email I send you.

Subject Line: Increase this = Increase revenue
Preview Line: so (profoundly) simple
In my last email I talked about TAM (total addressable market)…
Specifically I discussed how too narrow of a TAM is one of the main mistakes a lot of agency owners make.
Today we’re going to focus on the next part of the real reason why nobody is buying your shit.
It’s your traffic inputs.
Meaning, you are not ramming enough inputs to drive traffic to your offer.
Look, there's only 3 ways in the whole damn world to drive traffic and if someone tells you any different then they're full of shit.
There’s content marketing, ads, and cold outreach.
3 things - THAT’S IT.
Now let me break this down real quick...
Content marketing is about floating your labor to create blogs, videos, podcasts, all that kinda stuff.
You gotta create a crap ton of content consistently over a long damn time for the algorithm gods to start sending you traffic.
Do NOT expect overnight results.
In fact, expect nothing for months and maybe years.
But if you stick with it and provide real value, you'll start gaining traction.
Paid ads equal floating capital.
You spend money to make money, but you can’t expect that money back right away either, they take time to work as well, it’s just usually faster than content marketing.
Finally, there’s cold outreach.
You directly reach out to potential customers or clients, usually through email, social media messages, or even cold calling.
This last method is by far the fastest way to see results…
But it's also labor-intensive and requires a good strategy to avoid being seen as spammy.
The thing is, no matter which method you choose, you have to be consistent and persistent.
You can't just try something for a week and give up because you didn't see immediate results.
Business is a game of attrition…
Meaning whoever can stay in the game the longest, will win.
The problem most of you guys have is you keep falsely attributing the problems in your business to random shit…
When it LITERALLY just comes down to traffic.
If I increased your traffic by 8,000% over the next month, I guarantee you would be making more.
It really is that simple.
You just have to increase your inputs.

Do you know why most agencies fail?
It comes down to a little something we like to call, conversion cycles.
Every potential customer on this planet, from the CEO of a fortune 500 company to a kid fresh out of college, EVERYONE has a conversion cycle.
That's the time from when they first discover you to when they finally purchase.
It could be a day, it could be a month, it could be 2 years.
For me, the conversion cycle is about a year.
Meaning, people discover me on Twitter or Youtube and consume my content for 1 YEAR before they decide to join Client Ascension.
Now here's where pretty much 80-90% of you screw up…
You start something new like content marketing or ads or outreach (which we discussed in my last email) and it doesn't immediately make money.
We're talking a few days to a few weeks go by and NOTHING.
And what do you do?
You quit like A CHILD.
You turn that funnel off and go crying about how it doesn't work.
WRONG!
You bailed out way too early.
People take time to discover you, trust you, and build a relationship with you.
It's like planting a seed; you can't expect it to sprout overnight.
It needs time and the right conditions to grow.
So, when you give up on your marketing efforts prematurely, you're essentially uprooting that seed before it has a chance to grow.
You're not allowing for the natural progression of the conversion cycle.
If I had to summarize pretty much everything I’ve sent you this week so far, it comes down to this…
1. Have a BIG Total Adressable Market that you work with
2. Get a shit ton of traffic from paid ads, organic content, or cold outreach
3. Do this for a minimum of 2 years consistently.
You cannot expect instant results.
Anyone that says otherwise is completely full of shit and trying to sell you something.
If you do those 3 things I GUARANTEE you will see a massive uptick in your total revenue.
It IS that simple yet YOU choose to overcomplicate it.
Stop that.
Just do those 3 things, that’s it.
