In this email, I’m going to do 3 things for you…
1. Challenge you
2. Give you a gold nugget to help remove distraction
3. Share an inconvenient truth
Let’s go in reverse order for the hell of it.
The reason you’re not where you want to be right now financially is because you’re indecisive.
And this inability to make a decision PLAGUES all other areas of your life.
You want success.
But wanting and deciding are two very different things.
>> Click here if you’re ready to make the decision you KNOW you need to make if you want to add an additional $10k a month to your agency[a]
Let’s move on to the gold nugget.
“On the journey to success, indecision is the same as carrying a backpack full of rocks.”
Seriously, your indecision is just slowing you down.
Imagine this for a second…
What if you just fucking did it?
My guy, like what if you stopped worrying about being wrong and just did it?
Instead of being stuck in “I don’t know” you’d actually be able to KNOW.
I’m not even talking about Client Ascension, because we guarantee success for a reason.
I’m talking about all these micro-questions you’re not sure about.
“I don’t know if I want to do cold email or cold calling.”
“I don’t know if I should start producing content.”
“I don’t know…I don’t know…”
What’s the worst that happens?
You’re wrong. Cool, now you know what not to do.
We have a ton of strategies inside CA for a reason.
Some people should just focus on cold email…
Some people should just focus on organic content…
Some people should just focus on cold DMs…
But guess what? You don’t have to split-test every strategy and do a bunch of trial and error.
We LITERALLY tell you what strategy to follow, and that’s why we have such a high success rate.
So here’s my challenge to you…
Be decisive.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time.

We’ve had students that are successful and students that are total failures.
But isn’t that obvious?
You’ve had some clients that didn’t get good results and others that crushed.
Across all of these students that we’ve had come through our program, I’ve been able to see the determining factor of if they will succeed or not.
It’s extremely black or white and it usually takes me about three days to be able to see it.
Want to know what that is?
They just fucking show up.
They come to the calls, they stay active in the community, they just do the work
They don’t future-pace problems that haven’t even happened yet…
They just do what they need to do.
Every single client that comes to the program gets a list of things to do specific to them in their business.
The best students are not arguing with us because they understand if they knew the answers…they would already have the results that they want.
They just go through the list and get the stuff done.
It sounds like common sense but you would be shocked that some people don’t do the work…
And then complain about them not getting the results
My GUY.
You don’t just pay someone and then get the results.
It would be sick if it worked like that.
But it doesn’t.
We’ve got this younger dude in CA who’s running a short-form content agency.
He doesn’t question anything we tell him to do
He just does it and surprise…he’s getting results.
In fact, 2 months in he’s already pretty close to hitting 6-figures.
So simple.
In fact, it doesn’t get any simpler than this.

Subject: The Content Distribution Loop
Preview: game-changer…
Want to know something crazy?
Poor people look at social media the wrong way.
Ba$ed people look at social media as distribution channels.
Let’s just imagine for a second that you had a business selling water…
7/11 is a distribution channel for your water.
Walmart is a distribution channel for your water.
Whole Foods is a distribution channel for your water.
Distributing your message on social media is no different.
You have ONE core message that you want to distribute to the different channels.
You maybe present it with different angles and with different explanations…
And the way you present the message has to be changed to match the distribution channel…
But the core idea stays the same.
For example, my core idea is that you don’t need to run ads to get clients, and that cold outreach and organic content are the way to go.
I explain that in hundreds of different ways and just distribute the living hell out of it on Youtube and Twitter.
So once you have the core idea, what you want to do is create a content loop…
You have the center of your content loop which is the core idea…
What stems from that is a long-form piece of content.
A blog, a 15-minute YouTube video, a podcast, whatever…
And you then chop that up and make shorter form pieces of content.
You distribute the long-form content to the long-form distribution channels…
And the short-form content to the short-form distribution channels.
Here’s a visual explanation:
[c]
That’s literally all you need to do and you just continue the loop over and over again.
Social media is extremely simple, but the problem is that it requires creativity…
So you can overcomplicate it a lot.
This is how you simplify it.
Build a content loop.

Cold DMs can be lethal…
But you have to understand how to do them.
The key is this - the DM doesn’t sell them on your service.
The DM is supposed to sell them on clicking on your profile…
Your profile sells them on clicking the link in your bio…
And then your landing page sells them on your service.
So first things first, we need a DM that gets them to click on your profile.
When I was running a lead gen agency, we split-tested A LOT of cold outreach.
Literally, nothing performed better than…
“Hey are you interested in hiring THING so you can BENEFIT”
Some examples of this…
“Hey, are you interested in hiring a lead gen agency so you can have sales appointments coming in on autopilot while you’re focusing on other things inside your business?”
“Hey, are you interested in hiring someone to help create short-form videos so you can pump out more content?”
“Hey, are you interested in hiring a setter for your DMs so you can send out messages like this to get clients?”
The answer is either YES or NO, and if it’s YES they’ll click on your profile.
As long as your profile looks somewhat professional and you don’t look like an idiot, they’ll click on the link in the bio.
Your landing page (I’ll do another email about this) then just needs to explain how your product can help.
If you look at cold DMs as touch points to get clicks on the landing page, you’ll see a lot more success in the long run.
That’s it.
So simple.
