Email 1 Subject Line: Innovation vs. Imitation Preview Line: Which one do you choose? I’ve been seeing a pattern for most people that are stuck at around $10k to $30k a month… There’s this desire to go and innovate what you’re already doing… But there’s also a desire to hop ship and copy a different offer or niche you saw because you think it’ll get better results. So today, I’m going to break down which option makes the most sense for you depending on where you’re at… But most importantly let’s actually DEFINE where you’re at, because that’s half the battle. I see a few different archetypes that fit into this income range… 1. FNG - You just had your first $10,000 to $30,000 and want to keep things consistent but haven’t done that yet because it’s new 2. Roller Coaster - You’ve had multiple big months where you made $10,000 to $30,000 but always end up falling beneath that revenue range due to fulfillment 3. Maverick - You are consistently making $10,000 to $30,000 every single month and don’t really go below your number but don’t really go above it either. First of all, if you don’t fit into any of these categories because you don’t even make that much yet… You just need to imitate. You don’t need to come up with some genius never before seen offer. Pick something that works and focus on that. Lead gen is probably the simplest route and it’s what we teach in Cold Email Mastery 2.0…[a] But even something as simple as Short Form Content can still fucking rip. You just need to go get like 2 to 5 client so you can actually bring in cash flow and go get results. That’s pretty obvious, but I wanted to make sure to explain that so someone doesn’t go enthusiastically running in the wrong direction. Back to our archetypes… If you fall into the FNG category, you honestly just need to put horseblinders on. You don’t need to innovate. You don’t need to imitate someone else and lose momentum. Just keep doing what you’re already doing and what’s already working. If you’re crushing with cold email, do more of that. If you’re seeing results from cold DMs and content, do more of that. If you’re getting a lot of clients from LinkedIn, do more of that. You want to create consistency with those revenue producing actions so you don’t end up in category 2 which is the Roller Coaster. Their offer is working, but more often than not, what’s happening is the business owner is sabotaging their lead gen due to fulfillment. Either… 1. They hate the clients they’re working with and don’t want more 2. Each client brings a ton of boring monotonous work they don’t want more If it’s A, your answer is probably to imitate + innovate. You only have so much will power, if you HATE every client you get like if you work with realtors or some annoying niche… Take the service you’re offering and see if someone is offering it to a better niche, more often than not there’s multiple people that are. See what they’re doing, and ask yourself… HOW you could do it better than them? WHAT would make this service better? HOW could you get a faster result? But if your answer is B… You probably are just overleveraged and need to hire a proper team. Your cash flow will dip while you’re setting everything up, but it’ll eventually skyrocket back up because you freed up time to go focus on revenue producing activities instead of client fulfillment. In some cases, you may not be able to pull yourself out of the client fulfillment process entirely. If that’s you, then try and remove all the tasks that don’t require you to be present, so you can focus on the main task at hand. It could be hiring or it could just be better systems. It’s situation specific but that’s the only way you’re going to create consistency so you can get to the Maverick archetype. This person actually has the same advice as the FNG. Horseblinders. Oftentimes, it’s just about continuing to do what’s already working and freeing up more time for revenue producing activities. Again, that’s either through systems or hiring. I’ve seen guys that are consistently hitting $30k a month and then sabotage that entirely because they saw some shiny object and got distracted. All of a sudden they’re starting from scratch again, because they couldn’t just stay focus. Don’t be that guy. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 2 Subject Line: Transfer Of Logistical Intensity Preview Line: (N/A) Remember how Bud Light completely destroyed their brand like a month ago? Want to know why that happened? A poor transference of logistical intensity. Imagine a bunch of old executives sitting at a long conference table at the head quarters for Anheuser-Busch. They’re having their quarterly meeting and are seeing that they don’t know why they’re losing the Millenial and Gen Z customer base. None of these guys really know how to appeal to that younger demographic, because they don’t understand them all that well… And then a marketing agency from California steps in and goes “Hey, we know how to appeal to the younger generation, we’ve got a great idea for a campaign.” Bing bang boom… Now Bud Light is probably going to die because they lost like 99% of their customer base. The logistical intensity in this example was around how to appeal to a younger demographic… This was probably a big problem for Anheuser-Busch. That marketing agency offered to take care of everything and make the end goal (younger market demographic appeal) as easy as possible. But because that agency is completely incompetent and delusional, they killed one of the largest brands in America. Logistical Intensity is the work surrounding the issue that needs to be solved in order to achieve a specific goal. You can literally define the logistical intensity by taking the specific goal, and then asking what the obstacles are to achieve that goal. For instance… Goal: Guru wants to land 3-4 podcast episodes a week to promote their new book Obstacles: How to find the right podcasts, how to reach out to those podcasts, what to say to those podcasts, etc. Someone who offers a service that curates a list of 100+ podcasts that match the gurus niche, and then cold emails all of the podcast hosts to book shows… Is taking on all of the logistical intensity that comes along with the work involved to achieve the specific goal. But here’s the thing… If let’s say I hired that podcast booking service, and they booked me on with a bunch of podcasts about baking and cooking… They did a shit job at handling the logistical intensity. And this is the thing that a lot of you MFers don’t understand… A good offer handles a lot of logistical intensity. That’s what makes it attractive. But a good business is one that does a good job at handling that logistical intensity. Especially in 2023, you don’t have any room to not have a completely dialed in offer that comes with a high quality service. One gets you new clients. The other keeps your clients. You need both. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 3 Subject Line: success is so simple Preview Line: so simple indeed A lot of people ask me how long it takes on average to see various different levels of results in their agency. The time obviously varies depending on if you’re trying to hit $10k a month or if you’re trying to hit $100k a month. But giving you a static answer like, “3 months” is not useful at all to you. Because if you spent those 3 months completely fucking off, obviously you’re going to see no results. Here’s an equation that is infinitely more valuable to you: (Knowledge) x (Ability To Turn Knowledge Into Systems) x (Speed Of Implementation) = Speed Of Results So let’s break this down… Each part of the equation can be ranked on a scale of 1 to 10… And the smaller the number you get for speed of results, the longer it’s going to take, and the larger the number, the faster you’ll see results. First and foremost, there’s knowledge. If the knowledge you’re receiving is absolute garbage, literally nothing else matters. You’re pretty much screwed from the start. Because after that, you need to turn that knowledge into systems because that’s how you actually implement the knowledge. If you’re implementing shit, expect shit results. It’s about as simple as that. So if you have good knowledge… And you’ve done a good job of turning that knowledge into a system that you can follow… All you need to do is implement it. Which sounds simple, but I’m telling you this is where most people fuck up. Most people wait weeks or months (sometimes years) before implementing a system into their business or their life. And then they’re wondering why they’re not seeing results which is just so dumb. Let’s say you decided to join Client Ascension… (Which you should) And you attended every single call and went through all the material we put together which serve as the systems for you to implement the knowledge at hand… All of that wouldn’t mean shit if you didn’t actually implement. Yep, shocker, I know. Even if you have the best knowledge on the market and the best systems on the market… They become virtually meaningless without you acting on it FAST. An example I like to give is with Patrick Bet David and my partner Andre. Andre met PBD at an event and asked him for advice in regards to how we can build a better community around Client Ascension. Patrick said to host monthly meet up events. The NEXT day we scheduled our first meet up event and had members of our community RSVPing. So let’s go back to our equation… (Knowledge) x (Ability To Turn Knowledge Into Systems) x (Speed Of Implementation) = Speed Of Results The knowledge from Patrick was a 10. The system (book venue, create RSVP page, invite members, host event) was a 10. And we implemented it immediately, so let’s say it’s a 10. That’s why we saw extremely rapid results. Already we’ve hosted another event which we got back from last week in London. And as a result, our community that we have inside of CA is better than it’s ever been before. If you score 10 out of 10 in all 3 of those categories you’re going to get the result. Want to make that as easy as possible for yourself? If you join Client Ascension[b], you’re already starting out with a 10/10 in the first two parts of the equation… All you gotta do is implement, that’s it. Like I said in my last email… We literally handle 90% of the logistical intensity for you to make implementing this program as easy as possible for you. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 4 (would be hilarious if you changed the sender name to Brute De Ascension) Subject Line: Heroic Mission Preview Line: send some big boy plays Do you want to make more money?
