Email 1 Subject Line: cold email volume Preview Line: common problem, easy fix Most of you massively underestimate how much volume is necessary for you to hit a reasonable MRR with an agency. Cold emails are just one example of this. If you’re only sending out 1000 cold emails a month, you’re capping yourself HARD. There are dudes sending out 1000 cold emails a day. Now, the common objection that people have to this is that their niche isn’t big enough for them to send that volume of emails. Okay, have fun being poor. I see this all the time with people wanting to work with coaches and consultants. If you’re just starting out, this is an awful niche to start in, for a few reasons… 1. There’s a low number of SUCCESSFUL leads, vast majority are broke 2. Most of them just ask for referrals from friends when hiring 3. Again, you have a literal ceiling on how many of them you can reach out to Ecom stores on the other hand, there are tons and tons and tons of those. Plenty of them have funding, have a budget to spend on hiring, and are looking forward to scaling. So you could take the same service you’re trying to run for coaches (let’s say it’s Facebook Ads) and then just change the positioning and go after Ecom. “But Daniel! All of my case studies are for coaches and consultants!” And? Do you know how easy it is to just reach out to someone, tell them you’re looking to start working with their industry more, and you’re willing to discount your service in exchange for a case study? This honestly is one of the most annoying things I see with people struggling in the early stages of agency growth. Zero ability to just solve problems. You show them a problem they need to solve (e.g. your market is small and you can’t hit volume on outreach) and they just come up with EVERY excuse as to why they can’t solve that problem. If you don’t already have credibility in that industry it’s going to be an uphill battle to see success. Could you make it happen? Ya. Does that mean you should do it? No. We’re trying to find the EASIEST way to scale, not the most difficult. EASIEST = Large lead pool HARDEST = Small lead pool So simple. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 2 Subject Line: sales call volume Preview Line: holistic approach Sometimes when you solve one problem you actually end up solving multiple problems. One example of this is increasing the volume of sales calls you’re taking. The immediate benefit is that you have more opportunities to sell your product… And ultimately, that results in you making more money. *SHOCKER* Then past that, the more you pitch your offer, and the more you see objections… Which enables you to know how to position the offer in a more attractive manner. When you start to understand your customer avatar better, you can make predictive questions such as… “You’re probably experiencing X right?” “And this is just an educated guess, but your customers are probably doing X, is that right?” “How have you tried solving X? I’m guessing you’ve attempted Y?” See how effective that shit is? The prospects feel more understood, and as a result, you end up closing way more deals… So you make more money. From there, your content on platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter also improve because again… You understand your avatar better. On top of that, when you increase your sales volume, you increase revenue, which allows you to hire better talent, or more talent… Which then allows you to be able to provide a better service. And when you have a better service, you experience higher retention with clients and that increases your LTV with your customers. Do you see how all of this connects together? Literally most of the problems that agency owners have can just be solved if they’re making more revenue. Simple, but it works. And if you go back to my last email where I talked about increasing the volume of outreach… You increasing your outreach volume is going to directly correlate with you increasing your revenue. So literally, if you want to solve all the problems inside of your agency, just send more emails. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 3 Subject Line: pretty odd tbh Preview Line: why don’t more people see this Wanna know something odd? I’ve never met anyone who stayed focused on something for five years and didn’t see a massive amount of success. Doesn’t matter what the niche is, what the offer is, or what their initial limitations were. When they stay consistent with the offer it’s incredibly easy to be able to see impressive results. And as simple as that sounds, most of the people trying to build a successful agency… WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE THAT SIMPLE TRUTH. It’s like actively choosing to play the game on the hardest difficulty level. Why would you do that? If everything gradually improves consistently over time… But the only way to ever achieve that is if you actually stay in your game… Why would you ever get caught up with shiny object syndrome? I see a lot of people hop around from offer to offer, and I get it to some degree when you’re just trying to figure shit out… But again, I cannot understate this, the longer you stay consistent with something, the easier it’s gonna be for you to see results. It’s like what I was saying yesterday about the holistic approach… When you stay in an industry, niche, or offer for longer you better understand the prospects… When you better understand the prospects you can close way more deals… So on and so forth. Yes, systems and all that are great… But nothing will EVER replace experience. You could take someone with 20 years of experience in an industry, but they have zero systems in place… And then you could take someone 1 year of experienced, but they have ALL of the systems in place… And the industry veteran is going to run laps around the newbie. The best thing you can do is just commit to something and don’t change your mind. It’s literally rocket fuel. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 4 Subject Line: does your niche suck? Preview Line: what about your offer? How many stories have you heard of a successful guy losing half of his net worth because of a divorce? It happens all the time. Jeff Bezos ended up losing $38 BILLION dollars in his divorce. He picked the wrong wife, and ended up paying the price for it. You, my friend, may be in the same position as good ole’ Jeff. No, I’m not talking about your marriage or relationship if you have one… I’m talking about picking the wrong niche or the wrong offer. This is easy to mess up, and making a mistake in one of those two areas is just going to cause unnecessary amounts of problems. It’s like driving with the handbrake on. The sales calls you’re going to take are going to suck. The leads you’re talking to are going to be broke. The clients are going to be a nightmare to deal with. And you’re going to struggle to scale. All of that, because you picked the wrong niche or the wrong offer. And often times people think, “Well, I see everyone else choosing that Niche that means I should choose that niche!” But what you don’t understand is most people are broke and they suck at what they do It is mostly a facade. A lot of the time the cars are rented, the watches are fake, the screenshots are photoshopped or stolen, and the expensive dinners are put on the credit card. I’m not saying that’s the case with everyone… But we’ve got applications from a lot of these people that tell a completely different story than their twitter timelines. If you had the right niche, the right offer, the right sales process, and the right fulfillment process… Do you not see how much easier it would be to scale your agency? That’s exactly what we help you do inside Client Ascension. Simply put, we make it easy for you to scale an agency We have endless testimonials to back this up… And the main reason why people don’t join is often because they’re afraid of making an investment. Ngl, this is probably one of the dumbest reasons for you to not sign up. We have payment plans that make it affordable… And on top of that the logic just makes absolutely no sense. You are struggling to grow your agency, and so you’re going to continue to struggle and then eventually figure it out so you then can join a program that will help you figure it out. How does that make any sense? Sounds unnecessarily hard. Just do yourself a favor, talk to one of our team members, if you don’t think it’s not worth every single penny and won’t help you massively… Then simply just say you’re not interested lol. Stop struggling, this doesn’t have to be difficult. >> Click here to apply to join Client Ascension [a] - Daniel @ Client Ascension [a]Hyperlink
