Email 1 Subject Line: wagyu burger offer Preview Line: ignore this and you’ll be poor forever I am once again wanting to talk to you about offers. Wait there is totally a meme for this, one sec… I think a lot of you guys honestly are looking for some sort of magic bullet… Like a special type of funnel, a brand new templated email for outreach, or some shit like that. As if that is what’s going to get you to $50k a month or $100k a month… Listen dude, it’s so simple. THE ENTIRE SUCCESS OF YOUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON THE OFFER. If the offer is shit, the business will be shit. However, if the offer is amazing, the success of the business will inevitably follow. Why is that? Great question, let me explain it to you this way. Imagine I gave you two burgers. One burger literally looks like nuclear waste, it smells, it’s ugly, and it looks like shit. The other burger looks absolutely amazing, it’s made with A5 Wagyu Ribeye ground up into a juicy patty… The cheese is sourced from scotland and smells so good… And the bun is made from a local bakery from scratch without any additives or crap in it. If I told you that you had to sell the shitty burger for $100 do you think you could do it? Probably if you were an exceptional salesperson and world class at persuasion. Right? But if I told you to sell the $100 wagyu burger, you wouldn’t struggle all that much with that, would you? In fact, a totally normal dude with no selling ability whatsoever could sell the burger relatively easily. Why? Because what matters most is WHAT you’re selling, not HOW you’re selling it. This is so damn simple, but I see people mess this up CONSTANTLY. Sure, being able to do cold email campaigns, that’s important. Being able to write good copy, that’s important. Being able to sell over the phone, that’s important. But above everything else… Having the RIGHT offer is what makes the difference. How do you know what the right offer is? Keep an eye out for my next email and I’ll reveal some sauce for you. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 2 Subject Line: 9 offer questions Preview Line: answering these = gold If you’re an agency owner or service based business owner, I want to make this super clear… You are LITERALLY one offer away from hitting $100k a month. In this email what I’d like to do is share 9 questions that you MUST be able to answer if you want an offer that can hit those kind of numbers. Let’s dive in: 1. What Are The Deliverables? Pretty simple. Literally when someone pays you what are they getting on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis. 2. What Are The Functional Benefits? Features are the “things” I receive from your service, functional benefits are WHAT those “things” do for me… (i.e. We’ll set up cold emails for you (thing) so you can have a sales person working for you 24/7/365 (benefit) 3. What Are The Experiential (Dimensionalized) Benefits? Experiential benefits are how the functional benefits will affect your customer’s experience… (i.e. from the previous example, “you’ll see booked calls popping in your email inbox on autopilot.) 4. How Much Does It Cost? Pretty straight-forward. 5. What Is The Risk-Reversal? Otherwise known as the guarantee, how do you make it so someone feels like there is NO risk for them to buy from you. Simply saying, “we’ll get you X result or you don’t pay/or we’ll work for free for you” is a great way to do this. 6. How Is This Quick And Easy To Implement? Your customer does not want something to be complex and difficult, they want it to be as simple as possible for them to implement. How do you make your service that way? 7. How Does This Produce Fast Results? Your customer does not want to wait months and years to see results, they want to be able to see results from their investment as fast as possible. How do you do this? 8. How Is This Viewed As New And Different? Your customer has likely heard about “lead gen” or “short form content” or “email marketing” 100 times before, you need to position your service as something they haven’t seen, heard, or tried before. 9. How Is This Seen As Superior To Other Options? You have competitors in your industry and you need to be able to position your service as superior to theirs, because your prospect will inevitably say, “how is this different from xyz?” Look, if you have an offer that… * Is Functionally superior to your competition’s offer * Is Experientally superior to your competition’s offer * Is Priced better than your competition’s offer * Has a lower amount of risk than your competition’s offer * Is quicker and easier to implement than your competition’s offer * Produces faster and better results than your competition’s offer * Is newer and better than your competition’s offer * Is completely and utterly superior to your competition’s offer You’ll be able to run laps around everyone else and dominate the market. Want some help creating an offer like that? Every single person who joins Client Ascension will get personal time with me where we help create an offer that hits all of those points. Then out of high school I got into Amazon FBA. After that, I did some affiliate marketing. Then I discovered Instagram Growth services when Follow/Unfollow worked. From there I started a lead gen agency. Once that was popping I created Cold Email Mastery as a course on Twitter. AND THEN I was able to start Client Ascension. I think a lot of you guys think your first business will be your forever business… But that’s just not the case. It will morph. It will evolve. It will completely transform. I mean shit, if you guys saw what Client Ascension was like when we first started… Versus where it’s at right now with the IMMENSE level of systems and procedures we’ve created… (Which allow us to literally guarantee results) It’s like comparing a baby guppy fish to a full-grown beluga whale. This is an inevitable consequence of your business journey, and to not continue on the growth path because… * You need all your ducks in a row * You’re not sure of what offer to start * You feel like you need more information * You don’t want to waste time Is frankly, extremely dumb. Just start. Pick an offer. Pick a niche. And go. You will suck at first, and that’s just what it is. Eventually though, with enough focused effort, you won’t suck. You’ll land a few clients… Join Client Ascension… Scale up to $50,000 a month… And you’ll look back at your past and wonder why you didn’t take action sooner. Seeing wild levels of success takes time… So why are you not starting? You would like to think that it is not simple… But my friend, it is…so…simple. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 4 Subject Line: The Boat Preview Line: (great story) Imagine you’re in a boat with some friends… And for some reason, you guys are moving extremely slow. You’re pushing the throttle all the way forward… But the boat just won’t move any faster. All of a sudden one of your friends goes, “aha I think I know what the problem is” And they open up a compartment of the boat that’s filled with 45 pound plates. Like 20 of them. “I forgot I had these in here.” Damn near half a ton of weight just sitting in the boat… And everyone was wondering why it couldn’t go any faster. You guys all toss the plates in the water… And after that, zoom, you guys are flying across the water having a great time. This my friend is obviously a metaphor I’m using to explain a concept to you called… Operational Drag. Think about it like this… What in your business is weighing you down like 45 pound plates on a boat? Not enough systems in place? Are you doing admin work that a VA should be doing? Are you doing tasks that can be outsourced to someone for cheaper? Is there a constant influx of new unrecognized problems flowing into your business? These are just some of the many questions you need to ask yourself if you want to make the boat (your business) go faster. But it’s not just about adding to the business to remove friction… Sometimes you need to remove things from the business to reduce friction. Too many useless meetings? Is there one offer in particular that causes you the most issues? Is there one type of client you serve that is a complexity nightmare? Are there employees that make your life more difficult instead of easier? See what I mean? If you remove all of these things, you’re streamlining your entire business process… Reducing operational drag… And as a result, you go faster. Simple, really. - Daniel @ Client Ascension [a]HYPERLINK
