Email 1 Subject: 6 Figure Agency Hurdles Preview: Can you cross them? I wanted to write an email giving you a game plan for going from zero to six figures a year… But I think before we talk about that, a lot of you guys need a reality check. I could hand most of you a silver platter with a perfect gameplan for hitting $10k a month with an agency service-based business… And most of you would still fail because of how delusional some of the common held “beginner beliefs” are. Truth is, most of you just need to grow up. Do you want a successful business? Yes? Ok, there are a lot of sacrifices you have to make in the beginning to make that happen. You could totally not make those sacrifices and still see half decent results… But that’s not a successful business…that’s an average business…and when times get tough, average businesses end up dying out. Most people never even make it past the first hurdle which is just getting your first client, let alone figuring out how to scale up to $50k a month… Why? Because they’re not willing to make sacrifices, they’re comfortable where they’re at, and sacrificing that comfort is not something they want to do. Fine by me. Enjoy being poor. But if you don’t want to be poor, you just gotta jump over these three hurdles… The First Hurdle - Client #1 Getting your first client is a pain in the ass. You've got no track record, no testimonials, and no case studies. So, how do you convince someone to pay you? Simple. You work for free. Yes, you heard me right. Free. You need to show potential clients that you can deliver results. And if that means working for free to get your foot in the door, then so be it. Get it done. The Second Hurdle - Getting Client #1 Results Once you've got that first client, you need to deliver. I'm talking real, tangible results. If you have to work 2 months past your contract end date to get a result… You do it. When you land your first client, that person is essentially giving you a shot and you have zero room to fuck up. You NEED results and that should be your only focus after you land that first client… Because you can turn those results into sales assets - walkthroughs, checklists, guides, tutorials, case studies. And then you can use these assets to attract more clients. Seriously guys, this may seem like resistance or being slowed down but being able to ACTUALLY fulfill on what you’re selling is non-negotiable. Which brings us to the next hurdle… The Third Hurdle - Hiring Resistance Once you hit five to twenty clients, you're going to hit a wall. You'll be working your ass off and barely keeping your head above water. The solution? Hire people. Yes, it's going to cost you, but think of it as an investment. You're buying time and sanity. Now, let's talk timelines. Expect to spend about 90 days landing your first client. Then another 90 to 120 days to go from one to five clients and hit your first 5 figure month. If you can’t build $10,000 a month in recurring revenue in half a year (starting from absolute scratch) you’re not gonna make it. This is the easiest revenue mark to hit, literally all you need to do is cross the first two hurdles, the third one is necessary for making more but not for hitting $10,000 a month. It really is quite simple tbh. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 2 Subject: 7-Figure Agency Fax Preview Line: 📠📠📠📠📠📠📠📠 Hey there, Want to build a seven-figure agency? I have some data from the 7-figure students inside of Client Ascension that I’ve interviewed… And I’d like to share some facts with you. Fact #1 - On average, it took them about 1.5 years to hit $83k a month. Fact #2 - Most of them have been in the game for around three years and have run two to four businesses before they struck gold. Fact #3 - For the most part, all of their businesses are directly or indirectly positioned as revenue-generating services. Fact #4 - Their clients are making around $1 million a year. (This is probably the most important piece of advice I can give you…GO AFTER BIGGER COMPANIES. Seriously guys, trying to save a sinking ship is dumb. You need to help winners win more. If a business is on it’s last legs, stay as far away as possible.) And here’s two more interesting points… Fact #5 - These agency owners have 10+ case studies under their belt. Fact #6 - The offer has evolved 5-10 times from their original concept. They've had to continuously tweak their value proposition, adjust their pricing structure, and shift their target audience. Fact #7 - In the beginning their sales strategy is all about cold outbound, and once they hit that $50k a month mark they start running ads, doing inbound content marketing, and going for more referrals. And last but not least… Fact #8 - Most clients have are in their funnel for 4-6 months before they buy. Oh wait there’s one more fact I had to share… Almost forgot. Fact #9 - You need to join Client Ascension if you want to learn how to use cold email to add an additional $100k ARR to your agency.[a] - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 3 Subject: Your Business Isn't Saturated, You're Just Wrong Preview: N/A Saturation is a myth. It's an excuse made by those who’s results suck. The only thing that ever gets saturated is copycat marketing channel, cloned offer structure, your reused pitch scripts that everyone has. But services can never be saturated. Guys think about a successful chiropractor… There’s probably dozens of chiropractors in his area, it’s one of THE MOST “saturated” niches… But he still gets a lot of business because his approach is better than everyone else’s particularly in the area of marketing. I’m telling you, it's not the market that's saturated…it's the way you’re approaching the market that’s saturated. EVERYONE makes the same mistakes. I think I get dozens of cold DMs per week at this point, and like 99% of them are awful. It’s just the same regurgitated copy and paste garbage script over and over again. Here's the deal: the market is getting smarter, not saturated. Your potential clients are bombarded with claims and angles left, right, and center. They're not going to be impressed by your "I'll edit your short form content videos" pitch. They don’t care about that, they care about results, how the hell is short form content going to pay their bills? There is a gap between their current problem state and their ideal situation state, and they want you to be the bridge. So, instead of offering to edit videos, how about promising to get them "three to ten new clients per month passively with your organic content operation system"? This actually appeals to the prospect because they’re focused on the results they want. You're not selling Google ads, you're selling more sales WITH google ads. If you can make bold promises, show that you've delivered before, and demonstrate your expertise, you’ll stick out much more than most of the bullshit people cold email with. And above all else guys, just stick with your business for more than a month. This is how you actually escape “saturation”. It takes AT LEAST six months to see anything notable happen. If you're hopping from one business model to another every three months, you're effectively shooting yourself in the foot over and over again. The market isn't the problem, your strategy is. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 4 Subject: Not Client Ascension Preview: ❌ I dare you to click the link below and fill out an application to see how we can guarantee our cold email systems will add an additional $10,000 a month to your MRR.
