Email 1 Subject: #1 pitfall Preview: pretty stupid tbh Today, I want to talk about something important. It's a problem that sneaks up on lots of freelancers and beginner agency owners once they start making around $5k-10k a month. Without a doubt, ignoring this problem WILL slow you down and stop you from reaching your goals. If you’ve started hitting consistent $5k to $10k months with your online business, chances are you’re pretty excited. You stopped watching the game from the sidelines. You took action, you made a change, and you’re officially no longer a part of the group of people who are happy just watching from far away. But, the question is, do you want to keep growing? If so, here’s a concept I want you to understand… Think of money like a dynamic entity, almost akin to a living, breathing organism. It NEEDS movement. The more you try to cage it, clinging to it with a desperation fueled by a scarcity mentality, the more elusive it becomes. Money, like any other entity, starts to die when kept static and motionless. It thrives on change and it feeds off movement, it dances with dynamism. What happens usually is that people quit a job to get started in this online business world and more than likely, that job fucking sucked. Most people’s #1 fear is going back to that job. And as a result, they start holding their money too tight because they’re scared to lose it, This fear creates a mindset of not having enough, and what you focus on becomes a reality. This is why SO MANY people stay stuck at this level and struggle to keep scaling up to $20k months, $30k months, and even $50k months… They’re scared to spend money. Think about that one quote… “Scared money don’t make no real money.” It’s true. You need to let your money move and grow. My friend, if you just do what you need to do on a daily basis (cold outreach, branding, client fulfillment) you will not go broke. Even if you start to see your cash levels drop… Congrats, you have skills to go make more. And look, I’m not saying you should just be BLOWING all your cash… Not at all, I actually am VERY against buying stupid shit. This is why you don’t see me posting leased Ferraris or Lamborghinis online. Instead, you need to be investing that cash into one of the three E’s… 1. Employees 2. Education 3. Environment When you invest in Employees, you get the leverage of human labor. When you invest in Education, you get the leverage of good information. When you invest in Environment (office, moving, etc.), you get the leverage of focus. Don’t be dumb, and don’t be cheap. That’s my best advice to those hitting $5k-10k months that want to hit the next level. - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 2 Subject Line: happy clients Preview Line: 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 Want to know the easiest way to keep your clients happy? It's quite simple tbh. It’s called, you should do a little “GIVING A SHIT” about your clients. See, a lot of you guys are stepping into freedom for the first time. It's like getting a taste of college life all over again. You're making money, you have the liberty to do whatever you want, go wherever you want, and to follow whatever schedule you want. Sounds great, and it is. But here's the thing. Yes, you're making money. Yes, you're living life on your terms. But the focus should be on growing your business. The moment you start making decent money, you might feel the urge to chill out, travel, or enjoy life. There's nothing wrong with enjoying the fruits of your labor, but you CAN’T let these pleasures distract you from your main goal - growing your business. Guys will land a BIG client and then just completely take their foot off the gas because they want to rest on the laurels of that accomplishment. The second you land a client, your goal should be that you get them so satisfied that they can't help but give you a five-star review as quickly as possible. The second you lose sight of this, you get lost in the pleasure of freedom and end up messing everything up. All you need to focus on is: 1. Client acquisition 2. Taking care of the clients you already have. You must treat every client like they're the most important person to your business. That's how you grow a business. Most dudes completely fuck themselves because they stop focusing on one or the other. I’m telling you today that you should focus on both of those areas and sprint to a certain amount of money in your bank account. Take a break after you hit your goal for a few days, and then get back to it. You need to lose yourself in the process, not in childish bullshit freedom activities. In order to truly succeed, you need to focus on getting results, nothing less, nothing more. My friend, it's time to grow up. Embrace the freedom you have, but use it wisely. Remember, your client is paying you to get a result for them. They’re not paying you to “chill out.” - Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 3 Subject Line: Market Saturation vs. Market Sophistication Preview Line: (n/a) Market saturation is bullshit. People use this term as an excuse for poor results. The excuse is usually… “I can’t sign any clients because my market is too saturated” Or… “People won’t respond to my cold emails because my market is too saturated” The true beast to tackle? Market sophistication. Let's dive into what that means. It's pretty straightforward – it's about how well people understand their problems and its solutions. As time goes on, people become more and more aware of their problems, the reason for those problems, and what solutions solve those problems. The longer they’re in the market, the more offers they see. They can't be conned or bullshitted anymore. They're not just selective, they've graduated to a whole new level of understanding. They've become sophisticated. They've seen the same stuff, heard the same lines. If your product or service is a carbon copy of everyone else's, it's gonna get ignored. Why? Because your market has been there, done that, and got the t-shirt. You've got to step out from the crowd. You NEED a different, unique, and game changing offer. Your market is ALWAYS on the lookout for something different. They're tired of the same old, same old. So how do you come up with an offer that can achieve that? First off, you need to get on your customer's wavelength. Understand your market inside out. Connect with them, chat with them, ask them questions about their issues, and what they've tried before. 10-15 calls like that and I guarantee you’ll know what the offer should be. If you want to get those calls easily, just offer a free service in exchange for their time. By doing this, you'll get the inside track on what they need and how you can deliver it in a bold, fresh, and exciting way. Now obviously, this is time-intensive as hell… So what I’m going to do is send you something tomorrow that can help speed up the process. Keep your eyes out for it, you won’t want to miss it. * Daniel @ Client Ascension Email 4 Subject Line: u + me = hot girl offer Preview Line: down?
