You know what you should do?
You should totally start a commodity based offer with a very common mechanism.
And you know what you also should do?
You should just copy and paste the same message over and over again to the same people as well as their email.
You shouldn't put any thought whatsoever into what you're emailing these people and you shouldn't do any follow up either.
If they don't respond to you the first time, they probably weren't going to buy anyways.
Obviously this is probably about the stupidest fucking way that you could run an agency.
However, this is what a lot of guys are doing.
They have gotten to the point where due to referrals or existing business, they've been able to really set a solid foundation where they have a good amount of cash flow coming in.
They’re out of the survival stage.
But now what they're trying to figure out is, “okay, well how do I get to the next level?”
Which usually leads to the question…
“If I want to get from 10k to 100K, what do I have to do?”
It’s simple really.
First, you need a unique mechanism that separates you from the market.
Second, you need to build out the systems which allow you to scale in the first place.
Both of these are very different discussions, so I just want to focus on the mechanisms.
The thing is, it's not necessarily that you need to have some revolutionary way of doing what you do…
All you need is something that seperates you from your competition.
You see, a lot of you are not going to be in a completely blue ocean market.
Most of you guys are in Ecom, Info, Lead Gen, or SAAS…
And so you have to realize that the perception your prospects are going to have on you is that you're just the same as everyone else.
Because more than likely, you are.
UNLESS…
You have a good mechanism in place that CLEARLY separates you from everyone else.
Want to know the best way to get your foot in the door with companies when you're reaching out to them?
They need to think, “This is different” when they read your email.
GUYS…
Understand this, for the most part, people are always looking for solutions that are new, different, and better than their current solution.
So could you totally scale your agency from ten to solely off of referrals without any unique mechanism?
I mean, sure.
You also could fucking walk from California to Florida…
Or you could just take a fucking plane.
One of the easiest ways for you to win is to simply have a better mechanism, it’s the short-cut.
Take a look at your market competitors and you will see most people are not doing this.
They don’t have UNIQUE mechanisms…
They have COMMON mechanisms.
If you want to separate yourself from everyone else, you have to separate your messaging from everyone else.

Alex Hormozi just hosted the most insane webinar this past weekend.
I’m wondering if he set the record for how many people have been on a webinar for zoom…
I’m guessing that guys like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi probably are ranked at #1, I wouldn’t be surprised if Alex hit #2.
And mind you, Tony and Dean are in B2C not B2B like Alex.
Crazy AF.
So one of the things I wanted to talk about in this email was the fact that there's no such thing as ONE model that is the “go-to” only model that works.
All the models work.
MY GUY THERE ARE LITERALLY GIRLS SELLING FEET PICS AND MAKING $100K A MONTH.
*clears throat*
The dumbest shit you've been sold is that one model works better than the other, or that one is superior to the other based on the fact that it's 2023 or whatever.
It's just not true.
Because I can show you people crushing with webinars, and I can show you people that are saying webinars are dead.
I can show you people crushing with Book a Call VSLs and I can show you people that are saying VSLs are dead.
I could show you people crushing with low ticket funnels, and then I could show you people that are saying that's dead as well.
So my point in sharing all this is that I really want you to understand the model doesn't matter as much as what the message is.
If someone got stabbed on the street and they look up and see a billboard that says…
“Got Stabbed? Call 1-800-111-1111”
They’re taking action immediately.
Obviously this is a ridiculous example but just extract the principles from what I’m saying…
1. They’re in pain
2. They want the problem solved now
3. They don’t want the negative outcome
If someone has those 3 traits, they will watch a 4 hour webinar on the solution.
(Unless they’re bleeding out)
Obviously, there's going to be some forms of marketing that is going to be more conducive to certain types of people and certain niches, right?
For instance, maybe TikTok ads aren't going to be the best for targeting finance executives.
But essentially what I'm getting at here is that I think you guys really need to understand that there is no ONE model.
All of them work.
Look at Hormozi.
Entirely organic content, hasn't even sold anything ever outside of books.
On the webinar he made $4,000,000.
But if you listened to guru XYZ they would’ve told you “webinars are dead”
Yeah ok chief, hey by the way when did you roll in from dipshitville?
$4 million in one morning.
It is not about whether or not the model is the best one.
What matters infinitely more, again, is the messaging and what value you are providing.
Is this unique?
Is this different?
Is this helpful?
Does this get people what they want?
These are the questions people are asking on a daily basis, maybe not even consciously, more so subconsciously.
And rather than focus on what model to use, you should focus on the answers to those questions.
If you have a vastly superior product and vastly superior positioning, messaging, mechanism, all of that…guess what?
You're going to run laps around everyone.
They’ll think it’s all about the model, but you’ll know that is probably the least important part of the whole process.

The game of business is incredibly unfair.
There was a lot of talk last week about someone stealing someone's product entirely.
Obviously, I don't recommend doing that type of shit. I think you should operate business ethically, because it always comes back around to you…
But what I saw that I think was very interesting is people being shocked that this happened.
It's one thing to be upset about it, but to be surprised that it happened is quite odd to me.
Like, people are surprised by is the fact that someone would do such a thing?
I just want you to understand that most business owners are going to be men…
And most men don't really give a shit about how they make their money.
Why?
They’re poor.
They don’t have money to worry about morals and ethics and best practices.
For a lot of people, when they're in a situation where they NEED to make money, they operate by any means necessary,
They don't give a shit.
Guys, here’s the thing…
You're going to come out with a mechanism and then guess what?
Everyone in your marketplace, if it's a good enough mechanism, is going to copy you.
For instance, this happened with one of our members in Client Ascension, Ayman Arab.
I gave him the mechanism “60 pieces of short form content from 2 hours of your time a month.”
And in no time at all, EVERYONE is promising 60 pieces of short form content.
This is just part of the game, and you're never going to get away from this.
It doesn't matter how good you are.
You will always have someone competing with you, and you will always have someone ripping your shit and doing all that.
That's fine.
Understand, if someone's copying you, they're behind you.
You're ahead of them and they're trying to skip to where you're at.
This is why I constantly talk about you guys having every single advantage on your side.
If you really want to BEAT EVERYONE and you want to rise to the top of the market, don't be a fucking idiot and don’t spend your money like a dumbass.
Reinvest it into the business and be smart with your cash flow and be extra smart with your lifestyle, don’t make stupid fucking decisions.
Because here's the thing, a lot of these guys, they're dumb bro in the way they spend their money.
If you want to destroy everyone in the marketplace that you compete with, do not indulge in the stupid shit that they’re indulging in.
They're buying the dumb cars, watches, vacations, and so on.
Remember, this “lifestyle creep” slowly catches up to you
Transcend all this bullshit that a lot of these guys get sucked into, and it’s much easier for you to win.
How you create competitive advantages is that you say no when other people say yes.
You, as an individual, are the greatest competitive advantage you will ever have.
So it dorens’t matter if someone jacks your shit…
Remember, business is inherently unfair.
How you stack the odds in your favor is by simply being better than everyone else.
So simple.
