Email 1 Subject Line: Free Preview Line: (N/A) Here’s one of the dumbest things that I see from people trying to sell services but can’t figure out why people won’t buy from them... Imagine a guy named Dan The Dumbass. Dan follows people on Twitter who are making money Ghostwriting for other people’s Twitter accounts… So Dan buys a course and learns the skill to the point where he understands it well enough to sell it. He then goes and tries to sell it and nobody buys. He gets sales calls from time to time… But gets hit with “let me think about it” after he’s asked about case studies or testimonials and he doesn’t have a single one. Dan The Dumbass is really getting demotivated and frustrated so he goes and DMs me on Twitter asking for advice. Me, being the generous genius that I am, decide to give him some amazing advice… “Go do work for free in exchange for case studies and testimonials.” And Dan (in his infinite wisdom) responds with… “I’m not even charging that much, it doesn’t make sense for me to work for free.” MY GUY. YOU HAVE ZERO RESULTS. PEOPLE CARE ABOUT RESULTS WAY MORE THAN QUALITY. Dan could have the best quality ghostwriting service in the world… But if he doesn’t have any results to back it up… All he really has is a shiny pile of shit. And I know my email list, for the most part, is a bit further ahead than Dan on their journey, so you reading this may think it’s relevant… BUT HOLD ON I’M COOKING. The same problem that Dan suffers from is the same problem I see most of you guys suffer from. It’s entitlement. Dan feels like he deserves something. Maybe you feel like you deserve something. Maybe you have case studies and an existing client base but feel entitled to a $50k month and don’t want to do cold outreach… YOU ARE LITERALLY JUST A MORE ADVANCED VERSION OF DAN. Get rid of this sense of entitlement to results, and watch how much more your business grows. You deserve nothing in business. You earn everything in business. - Daniel @ Client Ascension[a] Email 2 Subject Line: 4 leverages for $$$ Preview Line: one is your best bet… Let’s talk about leverage. Can’t remember where I saw this from, so just know this isn’t my idea… Leverage is basically something that works for you without you needing to work. There are four types of leverage in business. 1. Labor 2. Capital 3. Software 4. Media Labor is for sure useful, but definitely difficult because you’re dealing with humans. It requires communication and they need to ACTUALLY want to work for you. Capital is definitely powerful but not the easiest to get access to. You need to have people who ACTUALLY want to give you money. Software is difficult to get up and running, but once you have it you’re pretty much set other than fixing bugs. For instance… We used a ton of different cold email software and thought they all sucked, which is why we made Maility. It was a bitch to get up and running, but now it’s a huge point of leverage for us because users are paying us for the work we already did. See what I mean? And then there’s Media… This is podcasts, social media posts, blogs, courses, YouTube videos, etc. When you’re producing any form of media, it lives on a social platform that can get eyeballs on it…FOREVER. Assuming you don’t get banned or some shit. But seriously, I have videos on YouTube, that are selling Client Ascension for me… While I sleep. I don’t have to pitch the person on Client Ascension… I don’t have to show them why Client Ascension is the best program for Agency Owners… I don’t have to answer their objections or answer 100 questions… My YouTube + VSLs that I’ve made do that… My sales reps do that… People look at me and wonder why I’m cranking out fat revenue months… Seriously, it all comes down to leverage. It has nothing to do with luck. It has very little to do with hard work. It has everything to do with leverage. I have more leverage. - Daniel @ Client Ascension[b] Email 3 Subject Line: We’re Hiring Preview: 100% not a sarcastic email I’m currently looking for someone to replace me entirely from Client Ascension. I don’t want to talk to the community anymore. I don’t want to work anymore. … Obviously, I’m being sarcastic. But this is the exact shit I see people talking about constantly. Do you see how dumb that sounds? Like if I actually sent that seriously, you would 100% think I’ve lost my mind.” Yet I hear it all the time… “Yeah man I just want to get to the point where I can hire a few employees and someone to manage the clients so I don’t really have to do anything and can still make money.” MY GUY. What planet are you living on? 1. If you’re not doing shit, why would your employees not run off with your clients? 2. If you’re not doing shit, why would your employees continue to work for you? 3. If you’re not doing shit, how are you going to be able to know when there’s an issue in the company? 4. If you’re not doing shit, how are you going to continue to grow the company? I talked about leverage in my last email, but there are very few instances where this “do nothing make guap” scenario works out. I have a FAT staff…I have a TON of leverage…I still work EVERY DAY. In fact, pretty much all I do is work outside of dating and hanging with my boys. This 4-hour workweek bullshit is nonsense, it’s how people go from thriving business to being wiped out in under a year’s time. Someone needs to steer the ship. Employees cannot make decisions at the same level as a business owner. This is either due to… A) Inexperience B) Them not giving a shit Where does it make sense that someone will build a massive business for you while you do nothing? WHERE? Do you see what I mean? If you want people fiercely loyal to your mission you have to be building alongside them. You need to be in the trenches with them. Otherwise, they don’t respect you, they don’t want to work with you, and they don’t feel motivated to keep going. - Daniel @ Client Ascension[c] Email 4 Subject Line: the trigger Preview Line: you’re not pulling it… If you’re an agency owner that wants to scale… And you’ve seen multiple emails, tweets, and youtube videos from me talking about Client Ascension. I’m genuinely curious, what’s stopping you from pulling the trigger? In my experience, most of the time it has nothing to do with lack of funds… It comes down to certainty in your own ability to execute on a game plan. Seriously, it’s almost never about the money, we have payment plans for that exact reason… It’s more than likely that you joined a program before that made a bold guarantee… And it either didn’t work out for you, or you didn’t want to refund because you don’t believe in that. I’ve been there. I’ve joined programs that give the “WE’LL BLA BLA BLA OR YOU DON’T PAY” and when I don’t get the result… I don’t even refund mainly because I just don’t believe in doing that. I just chalk it up to shit product and move on. But here’s the thing, you know Client Ascension is the best program… Because we constantly post testimonials like these wins which we get sent on a weekly basis… So I think the question you have to ask yourself is not based on if you’ll get an ROI on your investment… It’s very obvious if you do what we tell you to do that you’ll get an ROI. I think what it comes down to is… Are you ready to trust yourself? Are you ready to actually do shit you know you need to do but keep avoiding? Are you ready to step outside of your current comfort zone? If the answer is no, that’s fine. At least you’re being honest. But if the answer is yes, click the link here and let’s get you started.[d] - Daniel @ Client Ascension [a]HYPERLINK [b]HYPERLINK [c]HYPERLINK [d]HYPERLINK
