Hey, hope you and your family had an amazing Christmas!
We did about 3 hours of opening gifts which was super fun and special with our little girl.
Sitting on the couch, surrounded by piles of wrapping paper and new toys, I couldn't help but feel grateful for all of this. It was an incredible morning filled with tons of laughter and joy, I’m sure we’re going to remember it forever.
I couldn’t help but think yesterday about how much hard work and dedication had to happen for me to get to this moment…
But being able to watch both my wife’s and daughter’s eyes light up with all the gifts we got them was more than worth it.
Forex trading is great, but it comes with its own stressful moments and difficulties.
But I don’t think there’s a single business you can run (yep, Forex trading can be treated like a business) that doesn’t have some difficulties attached to it.
I mean if it was easy, everyone would do it, right?
But again, the rewards you get to experience make everything more than worth it.
We’ve got a week until the new year…
And this is the time to set the intention for what you’re going to be doing next year to make next Christmas even better.
Would highly recommend putting some time aside this week to get crystal clear on your goals.

Preview Line: Don’t Be Like Frank
Let me tell you a story about Frank The Forex Trader.
He was an ambitious trader who always dreamed of making it big in the world of Forex.
He’d read countless books and articles on the subject, and had even taken a few online courses in an attempt to educate himself.
Despite his best efforts, however, Frank found himself struggling to make any real progress in the market.
He had a tendency to over-analyze every trade, and was constantly second-guessing his own decisions, never enter a trade because he didn’t want to risk his money.
Eventually he got frustrated sitting on the sidelines while sitting on his hands so he began making trades left and right, hoping that one of them would finally be the one that made him rich.
Unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned…
Frank was making rash, impulsive decisions that were not based on any real understanding of the market or its trends. As a result, he ended up losing tons of money.
He even ended up started using his credit cards because he had ended up draining his bank accounts and still needed to pay rent.
Desperate to turn things around, Frank began searching for any and all information he could find on Forex trading.
He spent hours scouring the internet for free material, reading countless articles and forums so he could get a better understanding of the market.
But despite his efforts, Frank kept failing over and over and over again.
He continued to make poor trades and lost even more money because he wasn’t following a proven system.
The reasons Frank ended up failing was because…
1. He had a “get rich quick” mentality instead of treating Forex like a skill he had to learn
2. He had no concept of risk management and was putting everything on the line
3. He didn’t start with a demo account, he went straight into using his real money
4. He wasn’t following a system, instead he was just looking for shortcuts online
Don’t be like Frank and make those mistakes while trying to figure everything out yourself.
Instead, get a world-class education from top-level Forex traders inside of our flagship coaching program, EFXU.

Subject Line: I lost 16,000
Preview Line: This one kind of hurt…
As a successful forex trader, I am no stranger to the ups and downs of the market.
Like anyone in this field, I’ve had my share of losing streaks and anyone who tries to look like they’re successful 100% of the time is just lying to you.
Obviously, everyone wants to show off the wins and hide the losses, but it's important to remember that losing trades are an inevitable part of the game.
But you should look at losing on a trade as a net-positive because it’s an opportunity for you to learn and improve.
Losses are just a part of the game, but with the right system, all you need is a few wins to make up for all of your losses…
Take a look at some of my trades from the other week.
In total I lost over $16,601 which to most people sounds like an absolute nightmare.
However, I made close to $45,000 in successful trades…
And that’s what lead to me being able to profit close to $28,000 over the course of a week.
Trading is not about winning all the time. It's about making smart, calculated decisions and staying focused on the long-term goal of becoming 1% better each day.
Even on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, a positive result is the accumulation of both wins and losses.
That's why I feel like it's so important to be transparent and honest about the reality of trading.
No one has this thing completely figured out, and no one is consistently winning 90% or more of their trades over a large enough sample size.
So here's to embracing the losses, learning from them, and becoming better traders as a result over the next year!
All The Best,
