Rohan Video Script 1
INTRO
As much as building an info product business can become an ultimate money printing machine. It comes with its challenges especially while scaling.
Today I will be covering three critical mistakes that I see people who come to work with my agency make when trying to scale their info product business.
It doesn't matter how much ad spend you put behind it.
It doesn't matter how much time and effort you put into it.
It doesn't matter what you do.
If you do not solve these three problems, you are going to see your profit margins continuously drop and eventually, the offer will die and you'll be searching for the next one.
So if you want to keep your offer alive, if you want to be able to scale it, and if you want to be able to beat all of your competition, the problems that I'm going to present to you today are non negotiable for you to solve.
You have to solve these problems and I'm going to show you how.

Here at my agency, Growrev, we’re one of the largest direct response agencies for info product businesses.
INSERT MORE CREDIBILITY
On a weekly basis, I speak with dozens and dozens of business owners in the info space.
And I'm telling you right now that everyone wants to scale their offer, but very few ever do end up scaling.
And the reason why is that they're not solving the problems I'm going to explain to you today.
They think that they can get around it or that some sort of new model or coaching program they buy will solve these problems when that's just not the case.
And that’s a perfect segue into the number one reason why most info product companies don’t scale…
Reason #1 shiny object syndrome.
I know this is very common and I figured we'd just get this out of the way first and then move on to a little bit less common advice.
So guys, I've just seen it so often where people are coming to try and work with us and they’ve been jumping from business model to business model, offer model to offer model, funnel model to funnel model, strategy to strategy, guru to guru, agency to agency.
They've just bought all the courses, they've bought all the masterminds.
And as a result, they’re confused, don't know what to do, and are thinking that the solution they need is just the right funnel.
In my opinion, this is one of the main things that hold people back as they start to see some initial success with their offer.
Now that you’re making money, you want to start surrounding yourself with other people who are making money, right?
But people forget they're already making money.
And so they see other people’s business models, offers, strategies and they think the grass is greener on the other side.
I should go and copy that methodology.
I should change this about my business.
I should go and do this or that.
Sometimes this makes sense, yet most of the time it’s not a good idea.
And the reason why is that you are literally giving up all of your momentum.
If you've been only running a Book a Call VSL Funnel, and then you choose to move entirely to a webinar, you're going to struggle in the initial phases of launching the new model.
Why?
You haven't run a webinar before.
The reason why people stay stuck is that they don't realize the time to get that model working is going to be pretty high, especially when you're starting from zero.
If you've never run webinars before and then you move to run a webinar, it's going to take time for you to actually get the numbers to where you need to be.
It takes a lot of work, effort, time, and energy to make a funnel work, as you've probably already seen in your own business…
So if you're starting and stopping new funnels every three to six months, you're wasting so much time, energy, focus, and resources from you and your team.
By far, this is one of the main thing that's going to hold people back is jumping around from all these methodologies.
All models work, some are going to work better in different niches.
But you have to understand, above all else, you have to focus on the model that's going to work for you.
It’s not to say you can’t test new models…
But you should never ever turn off your working model for an unproven model, it’s just dumb.
You need to dedicate a minimum of three to six months to testing a model because you have to make sure that the reason why it's working is not your lack of competency in that area.
Okay, moving on…
Problem number two, you’re only focused on the front end.
A lot of business owners, especially in the info product space, only focus on the front end, not on the back end.
So guys there's only one of three scenarios that can happen on your front end, right?
You can either lose money, break even, or profit.
And how much you lose and how much you profit is on a varying scale depending on your price points.
So you can either lose, break even, or profit on the front end.
And it doesn't matter which category you're in, you need to be focusing on your back end because if you're losing or breaking even, this is what's going to push you over to being profitable and being able to actually acquire more customers at scale.
However, if you're already profiting on the front end, well, guess what?
It's only more gravy on top of that.
So I see it where a lot of people don't focus on the back end at all.
There's no form of continuation, there's no upsell offer, there's nothing else that they can offer and they immediately want to go for scaling on paid traffic.
They just want more customers.
And while that works, it's also important to understand that you already have customers, you may not need more to hit your monthly targets.
I've seen plenty of people open up an event and add an additional $200,000 because of that.
Or they create a mastermind offer, or create a continuation offer and ask people who already finished the program if they want to come back in for support, creating additional upsell offers, and so on.
All of these things you are focusing on your back end.
And when you focus on your back end, it’s going to make it a lot easier to scale.
Because as you increase spend, your ROAS is going to drop and you need to be able to have something on the background to really maintain healthy margins.
So let’s transition to number three…
You need to be comfortable spending more on ads.
As I said, the more you spend on a campaign, the more your ROAS is going to drop.
You have to have the cajones to actually spend large amounts at scale and understand that the ROAS is going to drop.
And again, if you have a back end, you’re more confident to spend more.
But if you don’t, you’re less confident to scale because you don't know how you’re going to make money on the back end.
Here's the thing, guys…
Scaling is more of a mind game than anything.
You have to overcome your own limiting beliefs about money.
When you're spending ten grand and let's say it doesn't work out, you're not profitable…
For example, you spend $10k, you make back $9k, people go, oh my God, I just lost ten grand.
No, you lost a grand.
And then on top of that, you gained a lot of data.
Essentially, you paid $1,000 for data.
It’s a simple mindset shift but this is what’s going to make you confident to raise your ad spend.
Solving all of these problems: no back end, shiny object syndrome, and not having the balls to increase ad spend…
All of this is really easy to fix.
Stick to a business model and follow that business model.
Don't jump around and have shiny object syndrome.
Make sure that you have a profitable front end and then on top of that, a profitable back end.
And understand that you’re buying data, not just lighting money on fire.
Now, there are dozens and dozens of reasons why business owners don't scale their offers specifically in the info product niche.
I mean, I could list out an additional five right now, but due to the length of this video, I'm not going to do that.
So here's the thing.
This is what we do here at Growrev.
We scale offers.
We make them work.
We're one of the best in the industry.
And very few people have been able to work with the caliber of businesses we've worked with.
INSERT LIST OF PEOPLE GROWREV HAS WORKED WITH, REV PRODUCED, ETC
And so this is my offer to you.
If you would like to have someone that actually understands how to scale an info tproduct offer and can point out all these potential roadblocks for you so you don't encounter them.
And then on top of that, helps guide you to the revenue levels you're trying to get to inside your business, then you should definitely click the link in the description and book a call with our team to see if it would be a good fit for you to come work with us.
At Growrev, we're very selective about who we work with.

Alrighty all the best, bye now.
